Zero stars. Extortion. Oscar and Karina had me going back and forth to the front desk to here looking for my order multiple times. They shared often Amazon "says they dropped the item off, however steal the item by not really dropping off the order." I had called the hotel in advance to inquire if I could have items sent to the hotel. The hotel employee shared "people do it all of the time. They use Amazon, DoorDash and insta cart." Being that I am familiar with using Amazon I ordered water to come to the hotel and for it to arrive the day I would arrive. So this is when it all started... the front desk said Amazon orders end up at the business center with Fed Ex. So went to Fed Ex and they told me they didn't have the order and to check the front desk. I went back to the front desk and they checked in the back and then told me Fed Ex would most likely receive it, so I went back to Fed-Ex... (you get the picture) Karina had shared what I said above and I asked if they could please just go and look for it because it said it was delivered. After asking over and over she went to look for my package. While waiting, Oscar was interacting with customers in a condescending and sarcastic tone to them. People were leaving upset. Once Karina came back with my $14 case of water, she told me she weighed it and I need to pay $25 to receive my water. I told her that it was extortion and what was I paying for? She said "storage and handling". I explained no where did the hotel tell me that I would have to pay an additional amount to have an item delivered. Neither Oscar or Karina cared and it was either I paid $25 for my water or I couldn't take it. I get that they are just employees struggling to make a dime, however they did not care one bit. Karina shared she has told the hotel front desk multiple times that they need to tell guests that they charge the customers to pick up their items. So there I was stuck between a lack of training and consistency between the hotel and Fed ex business center within the hotel being extorted. I could have had a friend drive me to Walmart had I known. I travel a lot, and I have had items delivered to Marriott's before and NEVER had this problem. read more

It was very helpful to have FedEx services at the convention center. I went to this business several times for quick printing, supplies, and my coworker used it for shipping items back home. There were some delays and high prices, but still much better than leaving the convention center and driving around a town I wasn't familiar with. read more

People are sick, sneezing and smells bad. Very bossy and not professional or curtesy's. I'm a ceo of a company and the items I received were broken and opened. Not recommend to use this facility ever!!!! read more

I thought paying a premium to print a poster at the FedEx at the conference center would be better than printing locally and carrying. I was wrong. Paid about $100 more than the local printer. I am now making my 3rd visit to this FedEx location in an attempt to pick up the poster ordered a week ago. Do yourself a favor and take care of your printing needs elsewhere. read more

They charge a handling fee. On top of the fee charged to send a package they charge a handling fee by weight. This is a convention center so imagine how much money they are charging. The best part is the fee is when the packages arrive to the convention center and when the packages are sent back afterwards. So my handling fee to have my packages delivered to the convention center was over 700.00. Remember they charge by weight. I would recommend not having a convention here. This is my 4th convention this year and this is the only one that had such a set up. read more

Terrible business wouldn't honor my contracted company discount, they claim is was a discount, but when I checked with the business, it turns out to be the same exact rates, in addition to not honoring, the contracted discount she claim it's discounted, but it's identical to the rates without a discount..., this location charges a 2+ dollar service fee.. poor service, the manager basically, said "it is what it is" disappointed. Will report this to our company. read more
