The worst customer service I've ever seen. Their QR reader was down, so they told me they couldn't use my prepaid shipping QR code for an Amazon return. Instead I had to pay them $5 to print a label (that I had to screenshot from a phone), even though they acknowledged this was their fault and due to their system being down. They refused to waive the $5 fee. If they can't even be reasonable when they cause the issue themselves, I do not feel anybody should support this business. My wife mistakenly ordered a queen size mattress. (She needed a full size.) We loaded the delivered mattress into the car, took it to this UPS store to return it, unloaded it and took it in only to find out the system was down. We took it back and loaded it back into the car. Two days later we returned to the store, checked to make sure they were up & accepting, took the mattress back out of the car and loaded it onto a shopping cart. We got it into the store, found they now charge for the return address paper, and they insisted I needed to remove it from the shopping cart and put it on the floor. The charge for the address sheet was $5. I just purchased 500 sheets of high quality printer paper for about $12, and the black ink I buy goes for around $26 and says it prints about 300 pages. My math says that's $0.01 for the paper and $0.09 for the ink - about ten cents. I'm 68 years old, my wife is 64 years old, and the two working there looked like they were in their 20's. I am retired, my wife is on disability, and they are working in the business of delivering packages. read more

We went to this UPS store to ship my son's Airwheel luggage because while we were at out connecting flight in Denver, United Airlines stopped us and told us it's not allowed inside their aircraft even if we remove the battery. They said either we leave the luggage or find someone we know in Denver who can get it. United Airlines delayed and rebooked our flight because of this. I called this UPS being close to the airport and they verified and told me they can definitely pack and ship this luggage back to our home address. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is we specifically said we want it delivered on Tuesday, May 13 and they confirmed it will be done, but UPS delivered Monday, May 12. The reason why we want it delivered on Tuesday is just in case we have flight delays going home then the luggage will be sitting outside our house saying "get me" for probably 24hours or more. read more

Very poor customer service. Employees loudly say how they can't wait to leave and are upset by the number of people waiting in line. Very unprofessional. In addition, a cashier tried to charge me for a shipping box I purchased on a different day without even asking me about it, assuming I had taken it. And, when I asked about what the costs were to ship a package, started with the most expensive overnight price first of over $150 and with a sarcastic tone, started quoting every other expensive shipping fee after that. I told her I was informed by her coworker that I needed the box in order to return my items. She said, "Nope, not for this order." I had a prepaid label in my email. I asked the store manager/owner if I could email the label to the UPS Store email store6540@theupsstore.com. He told me that the Internet was slow and that I was better off accessing my personal email on their computer that I had to pay for...REALLY? You want me to pay to print a label so I can utilize UPS services that you make a commission off of every shipment on? I told him I didn't have my password for my email (truth) and asked if I could email the store and wait for the label to process. The entire store operates on the Internet. Labels are created over IP and logged into the UPS system. Their store also communicates with USPS via Internet. What an outrageous comment! To have him tell me that the store's Internet is slow and that the label would need to be paid for was ridiculous. I asked if I could set my package on the side, go grab lunch and return. He allowed it. Upon my return the box was present with the shipping label and to my complete surprise the store attendant charge me five dollars for them to print the label. I inquired why and was told that I would have had to print the label anyways. They were not going to ship my package without me paying for the label. This is the worst customer service, lack of client respect, and intentional customer gouging that I have ever experienced. I will never bring another package here again and I urge others to find alternate UPS Store. I have a PO Box at several UPS Stores where I conduct business. 05/07/2024 - Green Valley Ranch UPS Store I wish I could give negative stars. I am literally shaking and crying right now in my car. I've have had really good experiences in the past with other employees, but today it was just horrifying. So this associate named Chris L was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I was already nervous because I noticed how disrespectful she was to other clients that were before me. All I wanted was to mail an envelope to Puerto Rico. First thing she does is by raising her voice, literally yelling at me and asks: "Where is this going to?". I explained to her it was being mailed to a rural area in PR. She asks, what is it? I said, it's a document. She angrily asks, what kind of document? A felt pressured to say a cashier's check. How much? -she asked. I had to say, in front of more than 6 other people, it was for more than $6000 and she yells to another employee- " This lady is wanting to mail a cashier's check for $6000 to Puerto Rico! Like, why does everyone need to now that? Then she gives me a piece a paper and asks me to write my name and the address. She takes the paper and yells "GEESSH! as if their is something wrong with how difficult it is to spell my Hispanic name. Finally, I asked what my options were to send a simple small envelope and she said expedited $116, and grounded - I asked what grounded meant, what the difference in price would be-(English is my second language) . She is visibly frustrated with the fact that I don't understand and keep on asking questions to clarify. The lowest price she gave me was $50 (as if regular mail not an option there), and I finally left after 30 of waiting and trying. I never felt so disrespected in all my life. Went in for a passport picture and it had too much light exposure and they would not retake it. The post office said I needed to retake photo so I called the store to explain why I need to retake it and they tell me to go in to retake it free of charge. When I arrive to the store it takes a few minutes to even be acknowledge, to only be told they won't retake them cause they want to close already, to try another day but no guarantee they will retake the photo. Absolute waste of time with the people who work there. All employees are rude, and should not be taking passport pictures for people of they can't take them properly. The clerk was a little frustrated with the fax machines because the two people in front of my requested to fax items.
