I really like this location. It was easy to find the self print/scan copiers. Instructions for scanning and printing were very clear, and paying at the pad by the machine was great. I am so amazed, impressed and thankful for the staff here. At the last minute, I discovered I needed to rush to get a new passport so I came in for passport photo, to make copies and to print documents. Plenty of parking. It's located right off 183A, in a very big strip mall. I always end up driving around a bit till I find it. The staff makes it worth it. This is my go to FedEx facility. I had some post cards made. I placed my order online. I drove to the store to share what I needed as well since I could not add notes online. I went by and explained. At pickup the order was not correct. I was told they would fix in 15 minutes. I came back for pickup and still not correct. The employee tried to explain to me why and I was dumbfounded at her explanation. It was completely stupid what she said. She blame the online portal. It was not the service I requested. It was poor quality that I paid for. I am at a loss how someone can look at a deliverable that is wrong and make excuses. read more

I went to return my items today and interacted with Eliza, who is apparently the manager. I was polite and respectful throughout, but unfortunately, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. It's disappointing to see someone in a managerial role behave this way toward customers. If you're in a position of leadership, basic courtesy and communication skills should be expected. read more

For the most part, I like this location. We make copies here pretty often and occasionally drop off packages. We always get good customer service. The staff here is friendly and attentive even when they are busy. Only two frustrations: 1. The black and white copies are 13 cents a piece, which is higher than I pay at some UPS stores. 2. The copy machines are high maintenance! I have tog eat help with jams etc. way too often to not be annoying. Those two minor annoyances don't keep me from coming back, because the people are great. read more

Went here to send a small package to Florida. Not at all familiar with the process, what envelope to use, where to write the address even, etc. a woman staff member offered help, which I appreciated. But she could not have been less enthusiastic when assisting. The help wasn't terrible, but it wasn't exceptional either. I came by to ship an item to Hong Kong, but the representative kept insisting on a postal code. I told her Hong Kong has no postal code, but she kept insisting there is, then the lady behind me, without knowing the matter, sided with the clerk, and thought I should have looked it up (we also tried the 999077 number but didn't work) I verified with 2 sources: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postal_codes_in_Hong_Kong#:~:text=With%20the%20exception%20of%20mail,or%20%22HKG%22%20wherever%20required. Postal codes do not exist in Hong Kong. 000s are entered because postal codes do not exist. I have been printing color prints at many FedEx Offices, majority of the representative show little efforts of willingness to deal with customers, but still there are some who really loves their job and willing to help customers. Today is my second time visiting this office, both visits I was lucky enough to get help from two different young ladies, today Liz was the first person to help me print 26 pages of double sided color print with couple different sets of images, she not only helping me to take the good speed of time on the prints, she has been smiling, greeting to customers of coming in and leaving the store. Later on I have more prints needs to be done, this time Isaiah helped me, and he was also really nice to customers. You won't believe this at all... I was there from 3 pm to 7 pm cutting and laminating the prints for the Grand Opening of our store, and they both had been very helpful to all customers who walked in the door also kept the smiling and greeting to everyone. I really enjoyed the time there with them for those hours and really hope I do run into them again on my next visit to this FedEx Office. read more

"End of Day" delivery means 5pm-8pm. For some reason FedEx employees think "End of Day" is 8am, or 1pm. So when it says my package should be delivered "by end of day" I'm expecting a package at the end of my business day. 5pm. I attempted to send a package containing a cell phone and the woman at the counter advised me to use different packaging. I refused because I have sent phones before using the same bubble packaging. Anyway, I didn't catch her name, but I swear the situation was something out of Dave Chapelle's episode of "Pop Copy". I asked to speak with a manager and she stated, "I am the manager." She refused to take my package unless she made a sale. I told her straight up- you know what, I do not want to argue- I will just go elsewhere. I went to the FedEx on Burnet Rd and told the gentleman at that location what I had gone through after he happily took my package. He thought it was odd, but also laughed histerically after I told him what the situation reminded me of. LOL. The situation I dealt with will not deter me from going to the 183/Lakecreek location for my future copy and printing needs, but I hope she reads this review as an educational opportunity to listen to your customers and use common sense when upselling. read more

I come to this location quite often. The older gentleman is always very nice to me. Today I went in and stood there at the counters for about three minutes before anyone helped me. There were two women employees who seemed to act like I was an inconvenience. When I finally was acknowledged the employee lady with reddish curly longhair was rude to me. I needed a passport photo taken and had been to three different businesses who advertised this service. After being told no all three times, I was beyond frustrated and tried this FedEx location. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a smile and an 'I'll be right with you' as all employees were assisting customers. When I stated I needed a passport photo taken, the same friendly greeter assured me it would be no problem and he'd make that happen right away, which he did. My parent's wedding pictures are starting to fade. The album is an irregular size and the photos will not fit on a home scanner. I visited FedEx Office to see if they could scan the documents to preserve them. They refused saying the pictures were copyrighted. There is no writing on the photos or album indicated a photographer name or studio. When I showed the back of a picture, the woman said "see" as if to say they were copyrighted. However, I pointed out that it stated "printed on Kodak paper". I mentioned that they were 38 years old and I was trying to archive them since they are fading. She stated that the copyright lasts for something like 80 years. I left in disgust. Give me a break and use some common sense in your business. read more

This place had horrible service!! We wanted to make one copy here and the process is ridiculous. You had to put money on a FedEx card but they somehow could not tell us exactly how much one copy would be so we had to guess how much to put on the card. With our luck, we guessed one cent off and that just threw a huge monkey wrench into our hopes of making a quick stop at FedEx. If you need a competent person to help you out, please don't waste your time on this place. Streaky, faded colors, spots on the page. I was also told over the phone that I could print my file from google drive only to have them explain that google drive is unreliable with their machines. I had to send my documents and money order(because the courthouse doesn't allow personal checks and only accepts money order) to a courthouse to process my citation and these people managed to lose my package and when I go to them, they tell me I am not supposed to send money in the mail. well how am I supposed to get that money to the courthouse when that is the only way possible to give them the money, and the assistant manager has no sympathy whatsoever towards my situation and WAS NO HELP!!!!! They have lost my package along with the documents and the money order in it. THEM LOSING MY PACKAGE RESULTED IN ME NEAR GETTING AN ARREST WARRANT BECAUSE THE COURTHOUSE NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE . you should be ashamed to play with people's trusts like this. especially when I trust you to take important package. read more

Convenient location by 183, by a shopping center. It's a little tricky to park if you have a bigger car especially since there's a lot of traffic on that part of the shopping center. Rude employees receiving packages. I have tried to ship packages 3 different times (over the last year) at this location. They always seem super miserable about working here and it shows in their lack of customer service. The packages did arrive eventually, but would rather use a different shipping service. read more

I sent an online print job - a costume pattern - to be printed 24 x 36 to this location. Upon receiving the printed document, I questioned the size of the pattern on the page but was told by the clerk it was OK. I went home and measured it and found out that Kinkos had printed the document at 85% scale, not the normal size. When I called back and said this needed to be printed full size, not at 85%, the person who did the job said I never told them that so in their minds, this job was done correctly. I told them it wasn't done correctly and I needed another print. He said they would not do another print job for me. I ended up using Miller Printing services who got the order right the first time. They were more expensive, but the customer service was a lot better and they knew how to print something the right size. read more

Lazy workers! They will tell you print jobs are running 24 hours turnaround so you don't wind up printing there. They know most people want stuff done within a couple hours so they say sorry it's going to be a day or more to do, then people leave and they aren't bothered and can get back to doing nothing. These people are slightly lazier and less friendly than a DMV office. There's one guy who occasionally works there who understands customer service and is a pleasure to work with. His name is Jason. just got back from an errand over there, so here's my three cents: positive: 1. they can do just about anything, and pretty quickly, too. it's definitely NOT cheap, but if you're looking for a place that can do just about any project, this is it. two years ago, i gave them a cd of photos and they were able to print them out on nice photo paper, hole punch it, put a plastic cover on the front & back, and run a plastic spiral binding through it. i sent this in as my portfolio to a school (and was accepted!). the price hurt -- $32 -- but they did a good job. 2. free use of office supplies! i asked at the front and they brought me a long stapler so i could staple together my self-published magazine (too big for a regular stapler). i just took it to the side of the building and worked for 15 minutes and no one bothered me. given, i think you're expected to make some copies or something before using their supplies, but it's still awesome to have free access to tape, scissors, staplers, hole punches, glue, pens, and probably more stuff if you ask. negative: 1. the two guys working there were being unbearably bro-ish and kind of loud while customers were around. one of them was loudly complaining to his co-worker about how some woman who worked there had called him and asked him to come to work early. THEN the phone rings, he answers, laughs, and AGAIN loudly starts telling the person on the end of the line the exact same story. DUDE. i know it sucks to get called in to work early, but there's no need to broadcast your unwillingness to be working WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE IN FRONT OF YOU. i could hear him from the other side of the room. 2. PRICES. i'm not sure what the average cost is these days for making copies, but 9 cents for a black & white, one sided photocopy seems a little steep. there's not even a lower price for printing double-sided, even though it saves them paper-- 18 cents. for one piece of paper! maybe that's how they are able to provide free use of office supplies... overall it's a helpful, albeit pricey, place to get any kind of print work done. the shopping strip they're located in also has some other decent stores, like hobby lobby and restaurants. read more
