First off, I'll preface my review with the fact that I hate to talk to people. I'd much rather use the self-serve kiosk/printers, etc than interact with humans. Well that mentality bit me in the behind when I tried to do a big color double- sided print job that also needed to be cut in half! I didn't notice until afterward that somehow the feeder had messed up and the printing was no longer aligned in the center on one side. After spending quite a bit on the self- serve copier, I was ready to cry! Anum and Montay were so helpful when I was panicking about an upcoming event and getting the printing just right. They were both so professional and took over the printing and cutting. They had the job done in less than an hour. Although busy with many other customers on a busy Saturday, I felt valued. My morale of the story: trust the professionals to do it right! read more

I arrived at the store at 4:30 and they refused to ship something overnight because the delivery driver wanted to get checked out. Sign says 5 o'clock but that really doesn't matter to someone who's in a hurry to get checked out I suppose. This FedEx location isn't up to doing what they're supposed to be doing. read more

I love this place. These other reviews are obviously old because they have quite a few new people there and they are wonderful. I needed to print out invites for my sister's bridal shower and also some sheets for a game and I am not very creative or good with designs . Stefanie was the person who helped me and she was awesome at helping me figure out a few things that would look really pretty and nicely presented . She was also very patient with me and didn't try to rush me into a decision. I was very pleased with how everything turned out and I will be going back to this store the next time I need something. read more

Went to drop off a package I set up online. I was running behind schedule a bit. It was 7:15 in the morning. The store doesn't open until 7:30. I saw the store employee walk out the front door to take out the trash. On his way back in I asked if I could possibly just leave a package with him as I needed to get to work. He said, no, we don't open until 7:30. As I do understand that, I don't see why he couldn't take my package from me so I could get to work. Go above and beyond for your customers and turn them in to raving fans. Miss this opportunity and send them packing. No pun intended. At 7:30 the guy did come to the door, unlocked it and grabbed my package from me at the door. I just thought, what would the harm have been in doing that 15 minutes ago? read more

Went to drop off prepaid fedex package and received terrible service by the staff. One staff member was on the phone the entire time I was in a 4 person line. Waited for about 10 minutes just to drop off package. I was surprised to hear staff member not able to answer the questions of customers ahead of me. Staff member was uninformed and unknowledgeable about fedex shipping practices and guidelines and about shipping packages in general. Myself and the customer in front of me both left the store without mailing our packages due to poor customer service. Went to another fedex location and was given prompt and courteous service. Seriously.....no heavy duty stapler here. I actually chose to drive to a business meeting this direction because I knew I would pass a FedEx store on the way. I was told "that's a pretty unusual thing." Huh? At a copy store it is unusual to have to staple more than 10 sheets together? Maybe I'm out of touch. I come here frequently to print for my business and they are always helpful and friendly.

I have been going to this location for a while. Over the past few months, I have had issues with service. My major complaint is I left an envelope for them to send out. They in turn took out the label, redid their own label, and screwed up the shipping address. The listed the recipient name correct, but then listed our "from" address under the recipient. I ended up receiving the envelope back at our office the next day. This was an extremely important check that had to get out! They would not credit me for the error at the store. I tried calling customer service. That was pure hell. End result, I got charged twice. I will just drop in a FEDEX box from now on. I will never step foot in there again. Do not go to the Bolingbrook location! read more

Awful experience! The workers have absolutely no concept of customer service. After missing the attempt for my signature I was told I would need to pick up the package from the FedEx. I had to take two very long trips out there because the first time they had forgot to take my package out of the truck. When I came back for my second attempt I was told I was a liar when I told them how long it had taken me to get there and then laughed at by the workers! So incredibly rude- will never use FedEx again. read more

Don't waste your time at this location. There are others that don't assume their customers are idiots. If a customer tells you "NO" to a service, the asking why not and assuming you understand why the customer is not interested makes you annoying. For your information, I spent 45 minutes at this location before with the same "let's just try it" speech. Guess what. It didn't work. Even after standing there and listening to your staff talk to Fed Ex directly....the answer was.... We aren't sure why it doesn't work. I thought maybe it was just a one day thing, but it turns out to be reflective of this location in general. I have had a long day and the last thing,as a CUSTOMER, that I need is your assumption that you know what my needs of your service are. I see 3 negative reviews here.... That's 3 lost customers. Wonder how many just haven't pointed out your inefficiencies. Lost revenue in today's difficult business environment doesn't bode well for job security. Treat your customers as if they aren't walking monkeys. It's just shipping packages after all. read more
