Saw another review that mentioned they're under new ownership so I popped in to ship off a few packages out of state and J&J are so friendly and helpful. They're fast and it's rarely so crowded that I have to wait for more than a few minutes. Way better than going wait in those 45min+ post office lines. Their mail boxes are competitively priced so I'll prob switch over since it's more convenient than my current one. Plus, they're reliable and easy to work with so itll make one errand feel like less of a chore. Parking is free in the plaza which makes it really easy to get in and out. The only downside is they have all of these cute bags there! I want all of the cat and dog ones lol Also found out they do passport photos here and it includes two physical copies and a digital version. read more

The new managers are kind and helpful. Shipping rates are comparable to UPS and USPS, and there wasn't a line when I went in. I prefer supporting family-owned local businesses and will definitely use them for holiday shipping needs. They also had a nice selection of shipping/office supplies and cute bags for sale when I sent in. When my mailbox account at another location expires next year, I will move my mailbox to this location which is closer to home and work. This has been very helpful for me since going back into the office so that I can avoid porch pirates stealing my packages at home. The owner Jennifer is very friendly & sweet. read more

Excellent vibe. After looking at a few places, I stopped in here - Rates are competitive, hours decent, service very personable. They had me already at the convenient location and ample parking, but I fell in love with the vintage boxes. I enjoyed an extended talk, business woman to business woman, with the owner (Jennifer -bright, cheerful, amicable). She and her husband have been busily renovating and improving services since taking over the business a year ago. Her passion is evident and I can't wait to 'move' into one of the vintage boxes - they are truly divine. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS! Go here as opposed to directly to FedEx or UPS. They offer the same services and if anything it is far cheaper than the corporate trash with underpaid workers who don't care. Don't contribute to the enshittification of America. The husband and wife that own this place are absolutely delightful and genuinely good human beings as well. Absolutely amazing experience. The only bad reviews you'll find for this place is from years ago with old management. Coming into a post office usually means long lines and short and terse conversations those who are working there, which is the exact opposite of my experiences here. The owner helped me find the exact parcel I needed to ship my item, aided me in filling out my information, and gave me a competitive price, all with patience and kindness! 100% going to be my first option anytime I need something shipped from this point onwards. read more

Seems like this place is under new ownership. I was happily greeted right away and asked if I needed assistance with anything. I just needed to mail a package and I was in and out of there fairly quick. No lines and price seemed reasonable. I did not shop around. Will definitely be back for any of my shipping needs. Looked liked they also offer other services like mailbox rentals, packaging, printing, copying, key copying, and I also noticed someone cutting up of what looked like passport photos. Absolutely amazing service came here to get a passport photo, they did it for a reasonable price and I got it very fast. Very kind people if u need anything shipped they offer multiple prices based on a bunch of providers like ups, Fed Ex etc... and they offer other services as well definitely stop by!! read more

I've always come here for my needs to drop off priority mails or any packages that does not fit in my mailbox. It's nice to have them in the neighborhood esp when most places of the same service are closed on weekends. read more

I'm a seller on Poshmark and I always go here to ship all my packages. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is here, and this is right next to my house so it's extremely convenient. I never have to wait here, unlike at the post office. I'm never going to the post office again after discovering this place. I also like that it ships Fedex, UPS, and DHL packages along with USPS which is a plus. read more

The girl at the front was extremely nice , she was very helpful with me shipping my item. They prices for mailers / envelopes are dirt cheap. They also have self serve copying machines so that's a bonus as well. I will definitely be coming back here to ship more items due to the prices not being expensive like the post office. read more

Incompetent employees, stood in line (one person at the counter, and myself), the staff behind the counter did not know what he was doing, I stood there for 15 minutes while he was trying to figure out how to process one transaction, calling someone on the phone for help, obviously he had an IQ of a rabbit, after 15 minutes I asked how long more shall I expect to wait, he said 10 more minutes, what a waste of time... They need to train their staff. They also need to have someone at the desk who's an employee. I've been here three times and while they've always been nice, no one seems to know how to do anything, the equipment is old and slow, and the last time, the person at the desk wasn't even an employee. He was just there to fix the computer. This place needs a tech update and then they need to train all of their employees on how to do, well, everything. read more
