This review is to compliment the customer service I received when buying some office products. I came to get some supplies but I first called the store and spoke with Autumn who patiently answered my questions and even left the counter to check for the product ensuring the information I needed was accurate. That's rare at this type of store if you're not asking about their main product (printing or shipping). When I got to the store Autumn helped me find the item and was very helpful and friendly with another product I was interested in. This was also special because she was able to multitask with another customer and was able to assist both of us in a timely manner. I so appreciated Autumn because she truly treated me like a customer who was spending oodles of money when my purchase was probably the least cost of the customers there. I was in a hurry because I miscalculated the availability of color prints to me (stupid story, trust me), and I needed fast help with a few prints from my USB drive. I girded myself for the worst, I needed this, and had I no alternative left; I was screwed if someone was not having a good day--- Lo and behold, a fresh-faced, smiling coworker expedited my simple print job, and I was in and out like the Flash. It was too difficult to scan and email. The instructions should be more clear. I thought I would be able to scan and send directly but I had to log onto my email to send my document. And to get to the scan options takes too much time. They need to upgrade the scanners. There should be an icon on the desktop to scan and make it more easier. I paid $5.00 to send 1 document. I thought scanning would be easier than fax but I found that to be false due to the outdated equipment. read more

As you can see from my photos, they carry most supplies for shipping needs, printer cartridges, print your paper and a lot more. They are pretty up-to-date on electronic devices. You can use online services and print out things directly from your phone or other electronic devices. First off, printing pictures here was such a hassle on their picture printing machine. It took us a good 25 mins just to print 10 pictures. Their system is extremely slow. Second, when I approached the cash register to ask about shipping I was immediately given a dirty look by the cashier Chanel. (I felt like I was in high school all over again) While she was helping us customers had questions and she was giving them horrible attitude and talking to the elderly like they were children. She wasn't pleasant at all and not a good luck for the company. read more

I gave this place 2 stars out of courtesy. So let me tell you why I gave this location 2 stars. Upon coming in there was no other customers but one at the station working on whatever business he had to take care of and two employees just talking. I walked in and they didnt say anything. I asked for help. And gave them my USB to assist in printing some placecards for my wedding. All the guy with long hair said was laser or ink jet or something type of paper do I have ? I showed him an example of the paper I brought in. And he said you can try one of your papers. And directed me to the machine. Mind you I hardly go to FedEx Kinkos but he could of at least directed me on what to press or the sizing etc then he can walk away but instead he just told me to go to the machine and put in my USB. I put my USB in and he said, "oh we cant do this file since it's not a PDF" ... and he said you need to convert it to a PDF. And that was it. Never did he say come back and ill help you when you get it set or whatever. Just walked away after he said that.. I'd understand if he was so busy and had a line but this was at 935am. And there was only one customer which was just using the computer. Anyways, never again!! I like the Torrance location. I thought maybe this place had great service because they were bigger than the Torrance one near the mall and also because their reviews had higher ratings. But I was definitely wrong! read more

I believe this was the place where I got a large fragile item that I needed to ship packed beautifully by the manager Steve! He not only explained why he packed a certain way (to protect the glass and avoid pressure), but had a great positive attitude. He also gave me a shipping quote and was honest about how it's likely higher than USPS (it was). He didn't pressure me at all to have Fedex ship my item - just wanted me to make my own choice based on the information I had. All managers in service should learn from Steve. I wish I lived closer - I'd come here for all my packing and printing! read more

If you need to ship a package that is both large and heavy, this is a great alternative to the Post Office. In this case, FedEx Ground was less expensive than PO and will be delivered sooner. The staff is friendly and it wasn't very crowded even though it was the lunch hour. The parking is a bit tricky to negotiate if you are coming from the mall. You need to enter on Dominguez and look for the little sign between the auto shops. If you miss that narrow driveway, good luck. read more

i called this location to see if they had my package that was listed in Carson for a Delivery Exception. While they did not have my package, the woman who answered the phone gave me a full list of possible explanations for my package being delayed and she gave me some additional numbers to contact (the Hub) for more information. Before hanging up, she told me that she would check their inventory of packages to see if mine was among them and said that she would give me a call back in 30 minutes if she found it! I was really impressed with her professionalism over the phone! All during the holiday madness when I am sure she gets a bunch of phone calls every day. Thank you! Dependable and fast! This particular location is convenient because it is located off the 405 Fwy and near a mall. If you're not from the area, it is a little difficult to find but they are next to a Verizon wireless store and parking is at the back. This store is very dependable because they deliver for me everytime I need something done. I usually send my proposals to get binded at this location and other print jobs I need to get done. Last time I needed 25 proposals binded at a short notice and they were able to get the job done the same day without any extra fees. When they are busy they tell you to print the proposals, but most of the time I just hand my removable drive and they process everything for me. So if you're in the area and need some print job done ASAP, stop by and see if they can do it for you, they always deliver a good job for me. read more

Beyond terrible customer service. I took my current ID to pick up my package & the person ask if I had any other ID with my current address even though I showed her my order in my email on my phone. Then went on to further suggest she would accept any bill or my bank statement. Really a current California ID Should be more than enough with the FedEx email notification. Bank statement not never. Once before that me & my husband went & the employee announced they will be closing in 20 min. & everyone that had been standing outside in line might not be served. Really why not cut off the line at a reasonable time so you can serve everyone already in line & say this is the end as opposed to just making an announcement after people already stood in line. Not to mention people had some deserving words of choice for the person that made the announcement, rightfully so. read more

I love this store's staff. They have never let me down on any of my printing needs. They have made small drawings into laminated posters, bound books, make custom tags, cards and laminated cards for us. You name it and they have probably done it for me. Never once have they missed a deadline. They are always professional and the product has always been of great quality. The only thing negative about this store is that driveway/parking lot. If you have never been there you really need to look for the driveway. The parking lot is small and crowded. Without fail I am always happy when I leave there. The parking issue seems like a small price to pay for professional and courteous customer service. read more

The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient and have a sense of humour. Even on Sunday mornings. My local post office used to be open 24/7 for drop box service, but were recently closed at certain hours after recent break ins. I needed to ship something out before Monday and went to Fedex. I regularly visit to get large format prints. There is always an issue, from the equipment not working properly, to the lazy employees. Many time the machine don't take the usb drove or reads my credit card, I have to go to the counter and ask them to do it. I needed two pages quickly so I can turn them in before the building department closes and the person there was like if you leave them and come back later I can copy them. 2 page. Lady please. The only reason I came here was because the delivery man was not able to get into the apt building. Came here to pick up 2 packages. It was around 5:30 and store is not too busy. A lady asked if im sending or picking up package, i said the latter. She took my ID to check for my stuff, handed me 1 box and asked me to sign. I told her im picking up two packages and she insisted there's only one under my name. I told her check one more time because i got two tracking confirmations. I basically have to force her to do her job. If i didnt show her the tracking number on my phone she wouldn't check again. She finally check the second tracking number on their system and sure enough it's there. Someone inadvertently misspelled my last name so she didnt see it on their system. She made me feel like it was my fault that they misspelled my name. She just handed me the second box, asked me to sign again and turned her back. Seriously a bad customer service! read more

They scanned 3 of my papers so I could make them bigger and they didn't even helped me to take out those two pages from the printer. Each page costs 4.50 but they charged me for 4 pages!!!!
