the package that was just delivered to me was left at the bottom of my driveway. They didn't even have the decency to bring the package to my door. I called the local number, and I still got India and was advised they are sorry but nothing we can do now. I cannot find a local number to actually talk to a local person. Service is horrible. I am so upset and discouraged by FedEx. I honestly don't want to use them EVER again. My mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer last February. I wanted to try to cheer myself up from all the stress and worry, so I renewed my subscription to FabFitFun. I thought it would give me something to look forward to. It was kind of a little ray of sunshine in an otherwise miserable time in my life. I waited and waited. FedEx picked up the box. Then, there were no updates. I waited for weeks. In the meantime, my mom died. It was the single most awful thing imaginable. My mom was young, and the cancer was so fast and devastating. Once her services were over, I contacted FabFitFun. They told me my package was apparently lost in the mail. They told me that my next box would be complimentary (no charge). This new box was shipped out in August. Again, it was picked up by FedEx. The last update was 9/2 in Pennsylvania. 15 days ago. I talked to someone with FedEx, and they told me to contact the sender because it was ground. So, I contacted FabFitFun again. All of the items I selected for my box are now sold out. They can't resend me a new box. They said the only thing they can do is for me to wait until winter, and then they will send me a new complimentary box. How can FedEx lose TWO FabFitFun boxes on a row?!? Out of all the people, why is this happening to me? Does this happen to others, too? How inept! One time was unfortunate enough, while I was reeling from the demise of my mother. Shame on you, FedEx. Not even an apology? How professional is that? I just wanted one simple box to cheer me up, and I can't even get that. read more

Printed my 2 page Christmas letter intended to be front and back on 1 page extended into 2 pages. Didn't check it before printing. The items that went to the 3rd page weren't lined up at all. Looked horrible. Nice job for $51. Saw that it was wrong but did not even offer to fix and reprint. Too bad we have little choice for printing in our area. read more

I was actually very anxious coming here because of the negative reviews on Google, but when I first walked in Adrian was helping another customer and was very friendly while showing a lot of compassion, after that I felt a lot better about the experience. Once it was my turn he went above and beyond to make my experience as hassle free as possible. I'll always recommend this location due to his customer service and those that helped him with his tasks. read more

Very quick to help customers. I ordered a table and they helped me bring it to my car where the box didn't fit. HelpEd remove it from the box and put in my trunk and got rid of the box for me. Very awesome staff and very friendl. read more

Charleston FedEx is extremely rude, to the point where they do not listen and cannot relay a message correctly. Please do not visit this location save yourself from a horrible situation. The location is disorganized and filthy so there is no real point of showing up because they will not have what you need in stock. read more
