4th Christmas having issue with Amazon returns?!? Dropped at both UPS owned by same people. Amzn shows MISSING items not returned? Our friends and neighbors having same issues with them? Our recent batch of Amzn return 12/25 & 1/26 receipts show OFF LINE LABEL with NO TRACKING REFERENCE # ??? Amzn shows we have yet to drop off returns?! We spent months last yr trying to sort out numerous missing returns from this facility? THIS Needs to be reported to state authorities?!!! It is beyond fishy? And costing us money and months of stress trying to get Amzn credits for returns (we keep all receipts). ENOUGH IS ENOUGH management! This isn't a one off mistake, at this point we believe it's fraudulent behavior at your establishment!!! read more

BEWARE!!! - The worst ups store I've ever been in! The employees don't bother helping you with heavy packages and every single one of them are rude. The younger female employee chased a customer out the door like she wanted to fight. Watching her abrupt behavior was sickening. The owners need to be more careful with who they hire, or they may find lawsuit on their hands. In looking at all the one star reviews for this store, it would be in their best interest to either shut their doors, or learn to become a more professional establishment. UPS Store, Spring Hill, WV - Tony - Please fire this man. He's about 52, 280 lbs, 6'2" 01/06/26, approx. 9:15 am - My 95 year old mother lives 375 miles away. Her nursing home requested in an email that she have a humidifier in her room to help reduce her coughing. I bought the humidifier. Packaged it well with tape, adding a second smaller envelope taped to the top that read "Fragile". I asked Tony to treat this package as Fragile. When he moved the box from one side of the computer to the other to read the address, he slammed the box on the counter. I yelled, "Can you see that it says Fragile? I asked you to treat this as Fragile." He replied with no one speaks to me like that. Handing me the box he said take this elsewhere to mail." "Oh, now that you might have broke it!" There were two other customers in the store at the time. I took the box out to my car. And, I came back in. (not knowing his name, yet) "What is your name?" "Tony, t-o-n-y". "Who is your supervisor?" "We don't have one." (everyone has a supervisor - someone hired him). I knew there was an UPS Store in Charleston, WV. I found Tony's 32 year old, 160 pound, 5'9" supervisor in that store, Jeremy. Jeremy was multi-tasking and couldn't find the time to raise his glance from the computer monitor or to listen to me. Jeremy told me he was multi-tasking and he was listening. I told Jeremy that I could see he was multi-tasking; it is unacceptable. Jeremy looked up for 2 minutes from the monitor to listen to my story. Jeremy replied "Good Luck. I've asked them to fire him a couple times. They won't." And Jeremy turned to the back room. I waited. I asked Jeremy for the address in Spring Hill; he ran through the address very quickly. "Jeremy, I may have to file a couple complaints in West Virginia." Jeremy shrugged and said, "OK". I left. If you talk about rude, poor customer service, disrespect for the customers property and lives, and poor staffing, you've found it. I plan to submit complaints to three business related agencies. Please fire Tony. Please reprimand Jeremy or find a different someone who is mature to supervise. Customer Service and respect is key in any business, especially one handling packages and envelopes. read more

The employees at this store are always so helpful, they are very knowledgeable, professional, and are always seem to be in a good mood!

Prices are a bit high for the product, but they are great when you're in a pinch and need something fast.

I needed cross-country assistance on a Saturday, and received it from Cecil at this UPS Store. Cecil was pleasant and helpful, and was able to provide me with exactly what was needed. I very much appreciate the great service that I received from UPS Store #5077. read more
