When I showed up I had several packages waiting for me since I was in town for work. When I came downstairs I was able to confirm that all my packages had arrived and see if I could get them delivered to the floor. The staff were on it and within the half hour they were up to the floor where we were to setup. When they delivered they also let us know what we would need to do when it was time to send them back. Time came to send our packages back to where they came from. I checked multiple times to ensure when they were open. When the time came we went downstairs to have them come pick them up we actually were given a cart to bring them down. Good thing about having an account with UPS all you have to do is create your labels and they will print them in store and affix them to your boxes. Once we got downstairs, we dropped the boxes, chatted with the staff and were on our way. It was pretty simple and the hours were convenient for guests staying/working at the hotel.

Many shops either ghosted me, or gave a quote that was too expensive for my budget, so I was frantically looking for as many as I could. I found InoPrints, which was ranked No. 1 in the search results, so I decided to request a quote at around 11PM. And let me tell you, they came in CLUTCH. To my surprise, Jovim responded fairly quickly that evening! For the next couple days we were exchanging e-mails back and forth. Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick. My only concern was the delivery service InoPrints used, which was Roady (I know this part is beyond our control, but the package was delivered to the right address, but the wrong building, and I almost got a heart attack. WHOOPS!) But when I saw the final product in my hands, I was very impressed by the professional quality and material! It costs $0.20 if you make sure that you print in black and white (it was color for me before I changed it, but perhaps it's because the document I was printing has a color header). And I love that I can do all of this without interacting with anyone. This is a much smaller location than I've ever been in but they do the major things like print, fax, ship. It's adjoining a Starbucks so you can get your caffeine fix.

When it finally arrived at Apple, they said the package had arrived sealed, but the iPhone was missing. It appears that someone either at this FedEx location or during shipment stole my iPhone, which was supposed to provide me with a $1000 credit towards a new iPhone. Apple eventually covered the cost at their own expense, but I wasted many hours being transferred to multiple departments and being placed on hold due to the unethical actions of some FedEx employees. This location should be investigated and monitored.

I went in here today to ship a couple of FedEx Home Delivery packages on my FedEx account - one about 25 lb, the other about 2. The employee who helped me seemed nice enough but informed me that there would be a handling fee per package based on weight - and that on the smaller package, the handling fee would be $10.50, which is typically the fee for oversize and overweight packages or containers other than a rectilinear cardboard box, none of which were relevant here. There is ordinarily no surcharge for drop-offs at a FedEx Office location. I walked out, naturally, and shipped my packages from the FedEx Office on Lake Street, in the Renaissance Hotel. This location, also attached to a downtown hotel, did not charge me a penny extra. I assume this is some sort of racket to extort guests of the Westin.
