    This location used to be good; but it has gotten progressively worse over the years. I used to get…read moregreat customer service here; however I've noticed within the last 6 months the quality of employees has gone down. I go there to use the print center occasionally; in adddtion, to get office supplies and for Amazon service (for pick up and returns). Staff is slow, surly and unhelpful; with zero interpersonal skills. The icing on the cake for me (why I will NOT be shopping there anymore) occured yesterday. I went to drop off an Amazon return; stood there for 5 minutes; rang the bell on the counter to indicate I'm waiting. Still no response after about another 5 minutes; rang it again. This time a large, surly gentleman yelled from another aisle "I'm coming." No apology to say, "sorry I'll be there in a moment......" He then finally came (still no apology) and mumbled (without making eye contact) return code..... He looked at it, then said "this is not a return for Staples. At which point I showed him my phone where it clearly said Staples return. He then mumbled "oooh" (still no apology). I then asked "do you have everything you need (could not WAIT to get out of there....); he mumbled yeah.... I went upstairs to ask the cashier to speak with the Manager. Imagine my surprise when she told me the guy who treated me so rudely WAS the manager Adam. Game over; I'm done with Staples. And people wonder why brick and mortar stores are doing so badly; it's online for me from now on. And I will once again start taking my Amazon returns to either my neighborhood Whole Foods or the FEDEX store, like I previously did.

But if they ever forget to give you a receipt after scanning your item or if you don't have it on hand weeks after dropping it off, kiss that package goodbye. The employee at the counter was very dismissive and was not at all helpful. She said they had no way to look up if they scanned it at all by them. She said she "didn't have time to do all that" and called over the next customer while I wasn't even finished talking or looking up the tracking number. I've shopped at this staples multiple times and have had only good experiences until now so I was really disappointed with this negative experience. I think I'd rather go to other locations for my amazon returns and office supply runs. Please be careful dropping off your packages at this location or they might go missing.

    Once upon a time I had an upcoming convention to show off my indie fangame, which was just a week…read moreaway. Because of time constraints, I was looking for local print shops in Chicago to save me some time making niche trading cards instead of traditional business cards, and I needed A LOT printed. Many shops either ghosted me, or gave a quote that was too expensive for my budget, so I was frantically looking for as many as I could. I found InoPrints, which was ranked No. 1 in the search results, so I decided to request a quote at around 11PM. And let me tell you, they came in CLUTCH. To my surprise, Jovim responded fairly quickly that evening! For the next couple days we were exchanging e-mails back and forth. Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick. My only concern was the delivery service InoPrints used, which was Roady (I know this part is beyond our control, but the package was delivered to the right address, but the wrong building, and I almost got a heart attack. WHOOPS!) But when I saw the final product in my hands, I was very impressed by the professional quality and material! Can't argue with the price I paid either, because ~$0.44 per card of THIS QUALITY is amazing. I'm just really glad that I found a shop that was quick, reliable, and able to accommodate something very niche like original/custom trading cards. I will definitely tell my friends who like to make DIY projects about you guys! Thank you!

    No sense of urgency and it gets even more embarassing when they try to condescendingly "school" you…read moreon how to pick up a package then you school them on how to do their jobs properly since they're the ones doing it wrong. Lady cut me off as I'm trying to give the tracking number for a reason and then has to do a walk of shame when she can't find a package with my name on it and we end up doing the process I started off trying to do. Then tries to condescendingly say "I don't know how they do it, but you need an ID" in-order to save face when my lanyard with my clearly visible ID for authentication has been around my neck THE ENTIRE TIME! I point to my ID and she shuts her mouth. Just embarassing. Also, somehow four people in line, each with one small package (3 out of the 4 had prepaid labels) turned in a fifteen minute wait. Do better. By the way I've been to pretty much every FedEx in the Chicagoland area. You're the only FedEx that asks for IDs before retrieving packages. Every single other one asks for the last four of the tracking because it's faster, more efficient and you get to see what type of recipient it is so then you can proceed to ask for the proper verification. No wonder this place is so slow...it's terribly run.
