I went here recently for a few print to pick up. The first visit was super easy and I was in and out within five minutes. The employees were super nice and everything went super smoothly. I also didn't have to wait at all which was very surprising. I received a call later that they forgot to print the first page of the certificates. It was no problem and I went a few days later to pick the remaining paper up. I spoke with a different employee than the original and he was a bit confused, but he got working right away to reprint the missing item. Even with the confusion he was very nice and apologetic and I again was in and out within 10 minutes. Besides the one mishap it was super easy and quick to get everything I needed. They are always very nice and it's great to have them so close too! read more

Worst place ever. Whatever you do, don't go at peak hours or else you will be here forever. Been here for 20 minutes and counting. With at least 5-6 employees assigned to their different stations and yet two of them doing nothing and can't assist when there are 5 customers in line (3 of which all had custom bridal/wedding invites)! Jessica (Assistant Manager)seems to be the one running the show since other employees are coming up to her asking her questions and delaying the process. This place is not seamless. Train your employees better. This place is not 24/7 like stated in previous review. Today open until 9pm. Whatever you do, brace yourself for patience because Hell come high water, you will be waiting if not, consider yourself lucky and go buy lottery ticket. read more

I was shipping frozen items to Columbus Ohio and had checked Fedex's web site for the proper cooling agent to use. When I arrived at 8 am , the store hadn't opened--that took a few more minutes. Then the person at the shipping desk told me that he couldn't ship gel packs, that I had to pack items in ice cubes in zip lock bags. I replied that was counter to the web site but he insisted that was what I had to do. For the record, here's Fedex's statement: FedEx does not recommend the use of wet ice (frozen water) as a refrigerant. If you believe wet ice is necessary, you must prepare it to prevent the leakage of any liquid, regardless of orientation. I walked out and went to UPS in Kenwood. No problem. Friendly staff who told me that ice cubes are totally unacceptable even in zip lock bags. I am no longer a Fedex customer. read more

Today I tried to ship my work computer back to it's original company and they refused to talk to my company for the codes to send it back. They were horribly rude to me while here with heavy boxes and the employees were awful. I also sent something here about a year ago and they lost it. This is my preferred FedEx location (although nothing beats the location in Brentwood, TN! Which was an experience nothing short of magical). However, I really like this Paxton Ave. location even though it is ALWAYS busy, because it offers the fantastic convenience of 24/7 access. Also, their employees are typically very nice. For anyone who has frequent dealings with packing, printing, copying needs, you know what a migraine the process can be. So making the 25 minute drive rather than utilizing the store that is almost walking distance from my house is worth it 90% of the time. I came to the Paxton location last weekend and had a fast and painless experience. The employee on the clock, Deion, was very good-natured and calm the whole time, from my first phone call to when I walked out the door. ("Calmness" in a staff member is a very important attribute for me, especially when it comes to an irritating but necessary thing in life such as delivering packages). I had actually left another FedEx location since the manager there was so condescending and painfully long-winded that I just stared at him in silence and walked out. And all the UPS locations were already closed (4:00PM on a weekend? Seriously?), and closed on Sundays as well (because nobody who works a regular 8 to 5 runs errands on the weekends, said no working stiff ever). Another thing I do like about the Paxton location is that when they are ridiculously busy, they typically seem to have a procedure where they explain how busy they are, but they still want to service your needs, but it may be at "x" time on "x" date. I don't mind waiting or even coming back, if you set my expectations realistically without being rude. So I would recommend this location strongly, and even if you have to wait several hours, there is great shopping and restaurants nearby (helloooooo Rookwood, Lemongrass and Busken! Maybe even a Valvoline oil change, and this Hyde Park Valvoline location is the best that I've patronized). read more

I have been to this location twice now. Both experiences they have been incredibly unprofessional unhelpful and disrespectful. The two workers told me I was unable to ship my product but were unable to provide any substantiation why. I have a business account and informed them that I have sent this numerous times with FedEx, but they refused to ship. I forgot a product in my car and the worker told me that if I didn't enter the store again in 3 minutes that the store would be closed and she would lock the door. How is this acceptable to say? By the way it took me 10 seconds to go to my car. A child even came up to the counter to ask a question and the worker was so rude. While the customer service was fine, the product was subpar. Having never printed brochures before, I was unaware that even though I submitted a file that was correctly sized, I actually needed to write in the comments that I wanted full bleed. This should be clearly explicit on the website. And, although they offered to reprint them, I would have to pay an upcharge for full bleed. Again, lack of information caused frustration. So, I opted to cut them myself in the store to save time and money. When I opened them, 21 of the 25 tri-fold brochures had dog-eared inside pages. On top of that, the folding was quite inconsistent and crooked. I spent over 40mins trying to refold, trim and salvage this batch of brochures. To say I was upset is an understatement. I will not be returning to FedEx for any print services as they clearly don't care about the quality of what they're delivering. read more

Had a very different exp from some of the other reviewers. Granted, one of the main reasons I first went here is because of the convenience. But that's an important factor! They're open 24-7, which is perfect for procrastinators like myself with big projects and serious deadlines. I've been there to complete probably 5-6 projects now. I've used practically every part of their services. I've been there several times for shipping. Once I even went there for shipping and the guy told me all about my FedEx pricing options, but also about alternate options I should consider (even if that meant helping me with after-hours shipping instructions through another carrier!). I've been there a few times for small volume copying/printing. They've always been very generous with trouble shooting my personal print jobs from the self-service work stations. I've done self-service copying and even sent a fax there once in a pinch. I've used their professional copy services for large posters for work with custom graphics. I've used their copy service for printing parts of my DIY wedding invitations. They've done customs cuts on invitations and had no issues with me using their paper cutters and other tools for extended periods of time. Their copying services seems understaffed and they do get very busy at times. But even when they're swamped with several customers waiting and several jobs printing away, they've always been courteous in their interaction with me. It's not their fault if I have to wait for my turn to get their service.. but it's always service with a great smile. ----------------------------------- Explanation of my rating system - 5*: Epitome of something, the best I've had, would LOVE to go back 4*: Great service and happy to go back regularly, but not the best of the category 3*: Service is fine. I may spontaneously decide to go there based on convenience. But no need to go back either. 2*: If I'm in a pinch, I guess. But I wouldn't have picked it. 1*: No plans to come back. You know what? It's tough being one of these places. There you are, one of two guys working behind the counter, when someone walks in with their computer/wedding invitation idea/floppy disk, and you're stuck with them for an hour while a customer waits for you to finish mission impossible. That was kind of my experience. This store is 24/7, which is awesome - but next time I'll probably just show up at midnight. Seems that 3 customers was enough to make this place go "spinning wheel of death" on me. Overloaded and seemingly understaffed, I waited probably 10 minutes to simply drop a package off that was already tagged and ready to ship. My perspective: a scheduling issue, not the service guys' fault. (I was there at 1120am) The gentleman that helped me finally was pleasant (as opposed to legend-Kinko's amazing ability to have the rudest CS employees...). I may be a bit biased towards my Springdale store - but this group is not really up to par on everything. I have given them the benefit of the doubt - twice. They never have proofs ready when they say they would, and most of them ignore you when you obviously need help. It's a shame for such a large size of FedEx space it is - but they aren't putting it to good use. So what I'm saying is -if I'm in the area, I'm probably going to visit the STAPLES center in the plaza than use this store. read more

He is patient, attentive to his customer's needs, well knowledgeable, and can see any crazy vision that I have. His skill surpasses many of the others working there. I stopped by this FedEx location because I needed to send a fax. Living in the modern age of e-mail, I had somehow never learned how to send one! The staff here was very friendly and was happy to show me how to use the machine. The fax service was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, but it got the job done (it was about $2/page). read more

This is hands down the worst Kinkos I have ever been in. Aside from the atrocious parking lot, the customer service is beyond poor. This store is always busy, so you'd think they'd have the appropriate staffing. NOPE. After waiting almost twenty minutes, I was finally helped, though it was made pretty clear that the employee would rather be doing ANYTHING ELSE. This was a custom print job--there was no way I could do it myself. The service here is just terrible. I was told (by a manager, who was "helping" me) that it was "policy" that I had to buy a box to ship back a product to a store. This was a lie. The plastic mailing bag it was in, along with the prepaid FedEx mailing label I had printed, was sufficient. Moreover, the staff were rude and ignored multiple customers in line to have lengthy conversations on the phone. I came in 2 days before Christmas and despite being busy I was helped quickly and the person who helped with my custom project was efficient, helpful, and kind. Everyone else who works here is really gracious and nice, despite sometime having to deal with impatient people. Highly recommend this place. I used to dread going to FedEx for printing. I can't understand why it is always one person assigned to the pack and ship station. Furthermore when i stopped in tonight 2/12/18 i had to wait almost 20 minutes to drop off a package that was already packed and ready to go; i just needed a receipt, so therefore i had to wait. However there were 3 other visible incompetent employees, who just kept giving me awkward glances and didn't even bother to get their lazy asses on a register. The girl at the pack and ship station had to ask another employee (Monique or the girl assigned the id 2634845) to wait on me; wth kind of customer service is that. One employee has to ask another to wait on a customer; and then when employee 2634845 waited on me i detected an attitude from her. As if i was inconveniencing her from doing absolutely nothing; what worthless pieces of weight you have on the payroll FedEx!!! This store is understaffed, and when we had simple questions for the staff they were rude and did not give any assistance. Apparently "self-service" means "no service". It is not asking much to have an employee take 1 minute to explain how to use the equipment. Would highly recommend NOT going here. You will waste the majority of your time waiting for an employee to finally acknowledge that you are even there, and then they won't be of any help. I should have learned my lesson at this point, but every time I go back (which isn't often) I am reminded why I never come here. I started at the self service printers because I didn't need specialty paper, and honestly, for charging over $1 a page, the quality is TERRIBLE. Small spots of ink all over the documents, and discoloration. I then moved to the counter to ask for assistance with another document that needed quality paper. To make a long story short, after an hour I finally received my three pages of paper. Aside from the lackluster customer service, FedEx Kinkos has terrible quality prints. This isn't the case for just this location - a terrible reflection of the brand. I've had enough. read more

So I ordered some stuff from Groupon, after receiving The first 2 Items I decided to wait it out and see if it would come because I have 2 jobs and work 7 days a week. They got a manager involved because they didn't know how to enter the tracking number that I repeated a million and a half times. It has sat at there location ready to ship for 3 weeks so I was asked if I paid shipping?, which I didn't pay it directly though the company just forwarded the charges to me and he let me know that there was nothing he could do, that I would have to take care of getting the shipping cost refunded.
