They accepted the box for shipping and never shipped the overnight package. I dont know where my package is. Paid $232 plus the perishable contents of my package for over night shipping. That was 3 days ago and never received my package after they took it.

She completely ignored me for like 5 minutes. I stood there completely patient and silent. She then turns and looks at me in my eyes, doesn't even acknowledge me and stands at her register for another minute or so. She then came over to me, still did not greet me. All she said was "is that a return" and I said yes. She scanned it in, through it in a box and turned around and said, "you can leave." I was just like okay, have a great day. Still no response. Like what planet am I living on where there is not correct social interaction with someone in customer service?!
