Went to Staples on Colerain Ave. Worked with DJ. Excellent service. We needed Invitations and a poster board printed. He was extremely patient and worked with us to get the invitations just right. We were not rushed, and he did an excellent job on helping us pick just the right graphic. Picked up the invitations the next day, and they were perfect, including the poster board for outside the chapel. Will be going back for all my office supplies and printing in the future. read more

This used to be my go to place to work on printing etc. I went in this afternoon to use a self-serve copier for something. I needed to send out in the mail today. Two of the copiers were not working, there was one person working in the print area, who was overwhelmed with back orders that he was working on. There were no supplies in the self serve print area; no pens, no tape, no paper, clips, etc. etc. An elderly couple couldn't figure out how to work the copier, guy in the print shop reluctantly showed them what to do. After I finished my own copy I got everything prepared to mail my envelope, I went to the front desk and asked if I could leave the envelope for the mail carrier to pick up. I was told by the ONE other employee that they don't do post office type things. as I said to begin with, this capital, USED to be my go to place! read more

Been at this location several times for Amazon drop off. Never had a good experience, the associates makes you feel like you are a bother. One visit i asked the manager if anyone was working the Amazon station and he replied "someone will be there as soon as they can, we had a call off". I should not have been given an excuse for no service, I am the customer, what happened to customer service? I will never shop staples, just Amazon returns as long as they accept them. read more

The copy and print center is not the quality it once was. You're lucky if you can get service and not the try to nickel and dime you for everything. There seems to be only one employee there that cares about the quality of his work. I would never go back. read more

DJ is a good technician, but he doesn't return his phone calls. I am a business rewards customer of Staples and have purchased hundreds of dollars of merchandise there. I needed to check to see if a recently purchased laptop ($799) had the Asurion warranty. DJ said he needed the credit card number. i changed banks and didn't have it. One of his associates hung up on me. Another one gave me the wrong number for the district manager, who gave me customer service's number. They pulled up the receipt for the laptop, but couldn't email me or mail me a copy of Asurion's warranty. Customer service at Colerain store is lacking. read more

This is usually the Staples I go to, but my last trip there was a disaster. I only need 10 pages (one-sided) copied. I waited in line to use the copier a very long time because only 2 copiers out of 4 were working. Finally, one opened up and I put my VISA card in, but the icon just kept spinning. The worker called the manager & he came out and said the machine had to be rebooted. Would take 10-15 minutes. Then he walked away. No "I'm sorry", etc. So I waited. Finally came back up and I put my VISA in & started my printing. The pages were printed on heavy card stock! Turns out the machine was out of regular paper, so it automatically goes to the other tray. Now my credit card was charged for this! Again, the manager was called to bring paper & load the copier because the worker didn't know how to do this. Again, no word from him.... The worker said just to run it again & she would issue a credit for the first job. Fine. Except she didn't know how to do a refund. She sent me to the customer service register. But he didn't know how to do a refund either. Once again the manger was called BUT HE NEVER CAME OUT. I don't blame the workers. They had both just started, & it was not their fault that they weren't trained properly. The thing that is so unprofessional is the attitude of this manager, Ron Spegal. He couldn't have been more unresponsive, or rude, or unhelpful with his employees. I spent over an hour getting 10 lousy copies made. His employees apologized over and over but not one word from this lousy guy. Never again. read more

JC was great!!! Him and his team greeted me upon my entrance into the store. I needed help finding an ink cartridge and they helped me with a smile. Lastly, I needed help with printing a label and JC helped me with that as well. I left the store satisfied but returned shortly to ask if I could use some tape for my package. Not only did JC return from his break early to help me but he also informed me that I could just mail my package from there. He saved me an extra step before going home and this meant the world to me. Lately many places have been in short supply of GREAT customer service. It's great to know that JC at Staples is not. Poor customer service I went to this Staples after checking their listed hours for the day. They had left a sign on the door, stating that they would open at 9am that day instead of 8am. I walked back to the car and a manager came to the door and told me I could come in. No one was at the copy center. I waited a few minutes in plain view of the manager and another employee. Neither offered to help. I had to approach them, and ask for someone to help me. They sent out a man to help me. The man took a look at the unpublished manuscript I wanted to copy. He told me that he could not copy it because it was a book, which it was not. I tried to explain why a text with handwritten notes and large marked-out section was not a published book, but he plainly had never been trained in what a book was and was not. He told me that I could use the self-serve machines instead. I've read from others that Staples is known for shunting smaller jobs to the self-service copiers. I left without making copies, and will look elsewhere for a store that knows what a book is. read more

I wish they would get their app and web site up to the real time the store is open. Arrived on Saturday at 7:10 and they are suppose to be open til 8 pm. But they close at 6pm. With tax season here you would think they would stay open later and post their times to be consistent with each posting! read more

I went into the store to purchase a monitor that they had on sale and a printer cartridge. They were out of the monitor but Joey the assistant manager went above and beyond by calling the store close by my home and is having them hold it for me. He also price matched my printer cartridge as it was cheaper on the website!! As a store manager myself it is always nice to see a store taking care of their customer without even having to be asked! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The lady working the laminator was very nice and helpful. She gave me an estimated time for pick up which was about 20 minutes. I walked around the store getting other things while I was waiting. Every time I passed an employee, (at least 6 of them) they stopped what they were doing, asked me how I was, and asked if they could help me find anything. I was done shopping a couple minutes early so I went back to the place where they were laminating my paper and they had my stuff waiting for me. The guy at the check out was also very nice. When I got into my car I called the store manager to compliment them on what great workers they had! I would definitely recommend the Colerain Staples!! read more
