Wouldn't recommend getting anything done here. I paid for a poster to be printed and had a big line going down the middle which that stated that was on the photo that was submitted. I check the photo that was upload and no line was in the said picture. When i spoke to the staff she was very nonchalant and didn't really appear to care. Irresponsible staff yields poor service... We went to get passport photos which the website showed were available. Upon arriving to an empty store staffed by two people (during vacation at the nearby university), one employee said nonchalantly that the equipment probably wouldn't work. The other said the printer was not working and that it would probably be a good idea to call in a service request. Apparently, the whole time they were sitting around waiting for customers they couldn't check their equipment nor put in requests to fix stuff till another disappointed customer walked out. read more

What an incredible experience with Ian. I am long time patron for all FedEx Kinkos. I am proud to say that my first job was working for OG Kinkos Store #1163 in West Los Angeles. I spent so much time helping customers and speaking with kindness always trying to find solutions for our patrons. It was incredible to be cared for the way I would care for a person with Ian. With two hours left to close he remained patient and kind throughout the entire process. He helped me with the new method of online ordering all the way in California. You see I really needed to get an order ready for one of my colleagues and I almost missed my opportunity not realizing the store would be closed on Sunday 6/19. Ian was sensitive to that exhibiting grace and finished my job. He even helped me and delivered to the hotel so that my colleague would have what she needed while presenting to members of the law enforcement community of Cincinnati. Definitely some good and bad. I popped in this morning because I needed to get some documents printed, signed, scanned, and overnighted. The printing and shipping were seamless and easy, but the scanning of documents was definitely a little frustrating. When I needed to scan in our signed documents so I had a digital format, we were pointed to the computers where we could scan using a single-page scanner (i.e. no way to simply scan multiple pages and have them emailed). It feels like this could have been done behind the counter, saving us lots of time. I'm not opposed to paying for the service, but paying the 45 cents per minute to use the computer to scan in one page at a time definitely didn't feel like it was the easiest way to get the job done. Jeffrey at the counter was really friendly and assisted us in setting up the most efficient overnight shipping option for our document. He made sure we weren't overpaying for an expedited overnight that wouldn't necessarily help in getting the document there earlier than it needed to be. His candid and helpful approach was much appreciated. Definitely some room to improve the services offered to customers, but I definitely appreciated the friendly customer service at the counter! read more

If rating a business zero stars was an option I would have applied it to this FedEx Office. Upon entering the store not a single employee greeted nor acknowledged me for at least 10 minutes. There were only two employees working. One employee was having a personal conversation with their significant other the entire time- unprofessional. The manager of this store had a poor attitude and nonchalant impact on the atmosphere- disappointing. Employees should be better focused on their customers and their needs rather than their lack of urgency and professionalism. I had to leave two separate times to put more money into the parking meter outside on the street. It should not take 40 minutes to ship out one package. read more

I needed to get prints and copies. Some of the staff is helpful and friendly, some of the staff remind me of a David Chapelle skit. The service could be better and more competent. There is one guy who is capable & helpful. The rest....not so much. The rest of them seem to be unhelpful and almost intentionally incompetent. Watch this video from David Chapelle. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience here today. I ordered a few prints online last night amounting to just under $6 dollars and walked out paying just under $15 today. When ordering online, there was no option to make the cut size I needed so I put it in the instructions. I also left my phone number, asking to call if there are complications. There was NO NOTIFICATION that this special request would cost more, not even an automated response of "Customers should be advised that some requests will increase the price..." nothing. I was hoping they would have the policy to CALL me if the price was going to double and ask if I wanted to proceed. My email confirmation I got last night even SAID THEY WOULD CALL, and I received no phone call...I was just charged additional money. I feel scammed and will not be returning to this location. read more

FedEx call center has NO CLUE what they're talking about! They give completely different information than the ship centers you would think they work for USPS OR UPS! (Their competition) I have been given wrong information on THREE separate occasions regarding the SAME package that's now going to be delayed! I am PISSED! Pretty disappointed with the product. I went here to get one of my textbooks spiral bound. The place was pretty empty when I came in so they did the binding on the spot. However, when the book came back, the binding was done quite poorly. When I flip through the pages, some of the pages were stuck together because they were not cut properly before the binding. Also, some pages stick out more than others because the papers were not properly jogged before binding them together. I regret ever going here, my book is ruined. read more

I frequent the FedEx store located at 212 Calhoun St., Cincinnati, OH 45219 often for work, and every experience has been less than pleasing. The employees are NOT attentive to customers, waiting minutes to speak when you walk up to the counter for assistance, walking away during the transactions to do something else, answer the phone, etc. It pains me that I have to deal with this on a regular basis as a part of my job. This most recent experience on June 25th around 6:00pm, an employee named Jayla THREW my driver's license toward me on the counter after I advised that my personal address was not the address that I would be shipping from. This was he FINAL straw for me. Not only was I disrespected, but I made the comment, "thanks for throwing my driver's license at me" and she said nothing at all. Not sorry, not my apologies it accidentally slipped from my hand, just proceeded to type into the computer. She also didn't bother to tell me that I'd need to step to the other side of the counter to process my shipment. She is very unprofessional and I wouldn't advised that she continues to be employed with a nasty and disrespectful attitude like hers. I will also be posting this review publicly as others should be warned before visiting this location. My company spends A LOT of money at this Fedex to support her paycheck, so she should be more respectful to her customers and grateful that someone hired her in the first place. read more

I have never written a negative review. I recently sent 5 packages via the Corryville Fed EX at my attorney's recommendation. The packages contained small but valuable pieces of jewelry that a recently deceased relative wanted distributed to friends. The counter attendant gave me the envelopes, saw the contents & sealed the packages for me at the counter. At no time did she recommend different packaging. One package arrived empty at the destination. All contacts to "Customer Service" were futile. They said they would look in the "cans" at each destination. When nothing was found, I filed a claim, listing the contents at 450.00. The items lost were not gems, but were irreplaceable mementos of a loved friend. The "investigation" reported that the incorrect packaging & securing tape had been used & that was my error, therefore, they would not reimburse the claim. Mind you, their employee had supplied the packaging & securing. I have never had a great experience with Fed Ex, but blaming their error on the customer is the end for me. read more

I tried to send a package which already had a paid shipping label on it. The representative claimed that I had to spend 20$ for a new box in order to send it because of some vague concern about the box being too large...it didn't make any sense. I refused to pay 20$ for an unnecessary box, and took it to another FedEx location where they shipped it as it was with no extra charges and no hassle. The clerk who did this was tall, bald and wore glasses. He lied to me and tried to rip me off. His manner was dismissive and haughty. I hope he gets fired. read more

I went there the other day to have a portfolio printed, and that service was all fine and dandy, and it looked really good and all. There was this short black dude and he was pretty chill, was friendly and quick. What really impressed me though was this other employee went above and beyond the call of ordinary customer service, and had to deal with a crazy old Russian lady for at least an hour. As in, this insane old woman wanted to call the Kinko's in Russia for some reason, and this employee spent like 15 minutes trying to politely explain the concept of time zones to her. She still didn't get it. I mean, to be fair, she wasn't smiling by the end, but I don't think I could do that for 5 minutes, let alone an hour or more. RUDE. The customer service representative was not willing to help me find a solution to my shipment needs and chose to shake her head at me before making eye contact or even saying hi. I own a small business and ship ALL THE TIME, but I'm new to shipping large packages. All I needed was a little polite help and maybe a couple of boxes, not attitude and shaming. This was a horrible experience and I won't be using FedEx anytime soon if this girl is who they choose to put on their front lines. This store should be ashamed. Fed Ex should be ashamed. read more
