Payton was so very patient and helpful. I was trying to rush because it was closing time, but Payton put me at ease and helped me. I was ready to give up on one package because I had no QR code, but Payton assisted me in getting a label printed, so I could return the package. I was flustered and couldn't find the QR code that I did have that I was given by Amazon, but Payton patiently assisted me and was able to get my Amazon package taken care of. Payton was polite, extremely patient, and went above and beyond to help me. She wished me a happy holiday weekend even though I was preventing her from starting hers. I'm very grateful!!! read more

Long lines but they were so fast! So if you go there and you see 10+ in line, don't worry!!! They know what they're doing!!

I brought a package in to be shipped. I was told that they would have to repackage my shipment. I paid $39.81 to have the package not deliver within two days ground. The address was input incorrectly resulting in a delay. Never again will I use UPS. read more

This UPS store is amazing! They do so much but do it all well! If there's a line, just wait...the lines always always go fast. My only complaint is with the CUSTOMERS who are doing Amazon returns or spectrum equipment returns and don't follow instructions and then give the UPS store employees a hard time about the Amazon and spectrum requirements. Come on people...it's not them...They are awesome and trying to help you as best they can...stop holding up the line for all of us that read and follow instructions! read more

I arrived at the UPS Store at 6:40 pm and it was locked up, even though it says it's open until 7. As I walked away from the front door, someone else said they had just seen four employees walk out a few minutes before. I work long days and don't get off work until after 6pm and it is very inconvenient to have people closing earlier than they are committing to. It's sad because the workers here are really nice, but this is just plain lazy. Don't advertise you are open until 7 when not even 1 out of 4 are responsible enough to stay. You can do better. read more

I cannot believe this ridiculous store could not give me a strip of tape!! While Amazon may have changed the way things work without making it clear, you'd think the staff at this store could be polite and explain the change and then exercise a smidge of customer service to help in a surprise situation! This is not the first time I've received crappy customer service, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back! The FedEx store would have been happy to give out a piece of tape, but for some reason Amazon insists on forcing us to go the the UPS store. I will NOT be using this location for any kind of shipment or returns going forward. I'd happily drive out of my way to avoid these rude ladies! read more

The lady at the store was very rude to me. She couldn't help me print a label because she said she could not touch my phone but had no problem touching my money?! I had to buy and envelope which I have never had to do before for an Amazon return. None of the workers there were wearing masks to protect their customers(COVID)! I wish I could have sent this USPS..my mailman rocks! read more

I needed to do some color printing, so looked around and found mostly 60 cents a page. UPS Store in Florence charged 49 cents, so I went there. These folks could not have been nicer or more efficient. I had the pdf files incorrectly sized so had to go home to fix them, but they did not charge me until the job was done right. I've also picked up some packages here and they are fully professional. Thanks for all the help! read more

We have been customers here since 2003, and have never regretted opening a box here. The owners are amazing, sweet and wonderful people who have helped our business grow. Being able to receive an email when packages arrive is the best since we live about 30 minutes away, avoiding unnecessary trips. read more

I have used the services from this UPS store many times and always had a good experience. Until recently though I didn't know that they sold some office supplies. I ship return items from this store and have never had a bad experience. They always have masks on also.

This "business" is a joke! Firstly, the employees are very rude. I have witnessed them talking trash about the customers who have left the store when I was in line waiting to be helped. Also the lady manager is extremely unprofessional and short with her response/answer when talking to the customers AND employees! I called the store to ask for prices for printing and they couldn't give me a flat rate. Then I went in there to ask about printing and they made up these random $3 - $7 charging fees. There's no price chart available for the customers, so they can pretty much set the price to whatever they feel like, which could depend on the customer too. If you've never been to the circus, then you should definitely come here because these people are CLOWNS! read more

I had to ship my packages here the other day. I had a fair experience and everyone was nice! The packages got shipped but can we talk about the prices? Yikes... $17+ for just a box and pack that is only slightly bigger than a flat rate usps box.. be known that the local usps will provide box and ship it for $16. By the time I left the store I had over $27 in shipping a 2lb box to Louisville. I could have driven it for that price and that was after I "saved" by printing my label at home. read more

I can't reach anyone to get an answer about packages shipped from this site/Florence and the Customer "Service" Center is anything but helpful. I live in a 6 unit building and the local driver left a completely blank slip at our door. The 800# confirmed that is wasn't a package for me but, since there was no unit number and no indication if UPS intended to hold the package or redeliver, looks like whoever it belongs to is not going to receive it. This is the worst I've seen this company. I will NOT be shipping with UPS again. read more
