The employees are good as is the service. The problem is the parking. I ran in to pick something up and got a pricey ticket from the underground parking adjacent to the store. I don't think I was in there more than five minutes. read more

Let me start by saying that two angels work here and their names are Jonathan and Lisa. WOW. Talk about five star service that has me writing this review moments after leaving. It's tax season, so I offered to help my dad put together some documents. And by some, I mean a lot. Copies, print outs, the whole nine this morning. First, I attempted this on my own. Printing from my USB is pretty easy, but when it came to making copies of papers of all shapes and sizes I got stuck...all my 8.5 x 11 papers were getting copied into Legal size, and my head was spinning from not knowing how although I was loading a regular size paper, and a copy twice the size would emerge (and out of order, to boot). BUT, I hate asking for help. So on I went. ::Enter FedEx Angels:: Lisa came to my rescue and without a shed of annoyance helped to organize all my stuff. She is a true GEM! 450 copies later, I go to check out. Jonathan was also super friendly (I think he wanted the angel title, too) and helped me print the last doc I needed to complete my family favor. I had some issues with my docs, so I visited this location twice today for a total of 3 hours. You can say forever friendships have been formed. These two went above and beyond to help me in a situation where I was semi-frazzled, rushed and annoyed. They were so kind, and have quite the sense of humor may I add. For my printing and shipping needs, I will definitely return to this location! read more

This fedex has the friendliest staff. They are always patient and helpful. Prices are hit or miss, and it's insane fedex makes you remember your acct number and has no way to look it up for you. read more

I can always count on this location to deliver what i need when i need it. Easy self kiosks to do the job you need. Typical costs for copies, i did ask for assistance with the complimentary stapler and highlighter and likely the single attendant was too busy to facilitate. I didn't want to keep asking, so i copies and left. Overall it helped me in a pinch. read more

This place has been next door to my condo for years, so it's convenient. BUT, it's always understaffed (I've rarely seen more than one employee at a time working in a huge 2,000 sq ft store) and sorry, but FedEx pricing still is hugely inflated. It cost me $61 to send a 2lb Page (not big) from Miami to St. Augustine for 2 day delivery- not overnight or early delivery. That's easily 2x or 3x more than UPS or the postal service. The employees are always gracious and very helpful, so this is not a reflection of them. It IS a reflection of the brand FEDEX for understaffing and failing to provide the resources this store needs, as well as the failure to keep up with the times and price comparatively. If i didn't live next door, i would never come here. read more

Out of convenience, I've been here a number of times. Generally, I think Fedex is seriously overpriced. But sometimes - you need to print something, or ship something or whatever, and they're your only option. This is a decent location, although I have had to wait for awhile from time to time. Highly unprofessional experience with the return shipment of a scooter. I understand that certain goods have restrictions with shipping due to batteries, but the team member who checked the package in did not realize the issue until AFTER it was processed. Team member did proceed to call me and notify about the issue. Today, I returned to the location to sort out the issue, and the manager told me it would not ship, and that I would have to lug the giant box out with me and take it to a FedEx shipping center, which would be okay if I had a car (I do not, which is why I have a scooter -_-). Manager then proceeded to give me addresses of the proper shipping centers, but when I proceeded to ask for the box, he flipped out on me and aggressively raised his voice and said I could not because the box had already been scanned in... ??? Making a scene in a FedEx is not how I wish to spend my Monday lunchtime... I have been here before and have never had any overly unpleasant experiences, but it would just seem that my situation was one that the staff at this location simply did not know how to properly address . In any case, the manager's blatant disrespect, aggression, and flip-flop on the proper course of action is entirely unacceptable, and this really ruined this location for me. Terrible. FedEx held a package for me at this location while I was out of town. Came in to pick it up, which should be a simple matter, and had to wait about 20 minutes because only one employee was working (around 5pm) and she took forever because she was new and therefore not familiar with the system or where things were. That's not her fault. Why management felt comfortable leaving a new, untrained employee on her own during peak hours, I don't know. And since I had to wait so much longer than anticipated, my car (parked in the building's lot) got booted. Never coming back to this location. read more

This place is the pits. The employees care as much about their customers is I do about my ex-husband. They knew that I was making a batch of many copies and just pointed to the machine and said "there". They didn't think about adding toner to the machine. They work so slowly. It appears that they believe that everyone in the world has as much time as they do. Since there's no one else in the store they can take as long as they want with the only customer in there. read more

They provide a great service! It's always nice to work with Jamie or the manager Patrick who are so friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing. The customer service I received over the last month while we did several major printing and shipping jobs was second to none. The reproduced thousands of surveys for us, stuffed them in envelopes, and made sure they were in our hotels when we arrived to conduct our work. Then they daily helped us repack completed surveys and ship them back to our office. They made a complicated two weeks much easier, and I commend the staff in this location for their excellent service. read more

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here thanks to Lisa! She managed to print a fairly large order of contracts for me, ensure they were signed and then overnight them to London. Along there way there were multiple complications, all of which Lisa handled with a smile and in the most professional way possible. To say I am grateful is an understatement. read more

I missed a Fedex package delivery at my home that was very important so Fedex was nice enough to hold it for me at this location. It was baby formula that was not common in retail stores. The name on the delivery got messed up by the shipper so it did not match mine and the clerk would not let me have my package. My license address matched the address on the package, I had the invoice for the package as well as the shipping info and he still would not give me my package. I spent two hours with Fedex on the phone and although their policy was that the address is what counts they told me that the fedex location can have their own policies. Bottom line is the guy, Miguel I believe, could obviously see that it was my package but decided not to help me even after I explained that the formula was hard to find and I would run out that day. I ended up having to drive to lauderdale to find a store with my formula. I will not use this business ever again. read more
