I'm from the cities, time is money to me. What I hated the most is people wasting my time I went inside and tried to print 1 page. . I know right. So I saw a sign that says "Self Service", okay, cool You gotta download the app, log in, crate password, user name blah blah blah like I'm freaking getting ready to do a heart surgery, I only one to print 1 page!!! After all that, still not connect. I went to the front desk, because it says gonna be $5, and I still unable to connect One lady told me. Oh...is not $5, they just authorize $5, and once you print out how many page, it will return back to you, and only charge you for whatever amount you printed. So I went back and still unable to connect, I went back again, now another lady told me, oh you have to email it in, and they will send you a code to connect. I'm like Man...you can't tell me in the first place? Why you wasting my time like that? They should have a big ass sign says, email here, they will send you a code and you be able to connect! I had to send a phone back to Verizon and was given a shipping label by Verizon at their store. This was the closet FedEx so in I went. I went to the counter closest to the door, not knowing if there was a clerk coming or not. The guy in the back was staring at me, so I finally said Hi. He said do you need help? I said Yes. He then said I'm back here. Unfortunately Anthony needs training in customer service. A better way to greet me would have been "I can help you back here, Ma'am." To further frustrate my experience, I had to purchase a shipping box for my phone to be sent. I'll take that up with Verizon. read more

Waited for front desk to help do simple prints for docs only be diverted to the copiers, she told the lady behind me if she does it she would need to charge more?? I don't care to pay extra I wasn't even given the option. I sent my doc through email only to go to the copier to malfunction. Took 20 mins just for simple prints after waiting again for the gal to work on another client then she had had to print the docs afterwards. Unnecessary time wasted, lack of efficiency. read more

FedEx Office at Sancus has been my "go-to" option for most of my mailing needs. This place has its own parking lot with designated parking spaces for FedEx customers. You can print your shipping labels for free, over here. They also have at least 3-4 computers over there so that so you can get online, log into your FedEx account and print the stuff you need. Needless to say, using those computers is also free. They have passport photo services available as well, if you need. They help you with packaging your box if you need help. The service is very professional and yet friendly at the same time. The staff is super helpful and polite. I'm actually running out of good words to say about these guys. Shout out to Chris and Miranda for their help during this specific visit of mine to the FedEx Office store on Sancus. They are indeed very helpful. read more

Employees are extremely rude and condescending towards customers. They act like customers are a bother to them and if asked a question (like about buying insurance or packaging they talk down to you, Cliff especially!Avoid at all costs unless you like being brought down by miserable employees. Cliff and his coworker play a game where Cliff asks the customer to step up and verify the address and pay and then his coworker scolds them to step back and social distance on one of the dots like they have just committed this huge atrocity. It would literally be impossible to stand on the dot and verify anything on the screen or pay. I saw this happen with every one of Cliff's customers between him and the other lady that was working and was obvious they were playing a little power trip game. read more

The FedEX deliverer doesn't even give a care about what is in the boxes they throw packages on the ground in which it is food and block our entrance. That's a fire hazard. In the ad they put up they say they care about what's in the boxes, NO THEY DON'T!! It's like they don't even care. They put the packages on top of each other and one of the package wasn't even sealed properly there was food\snacks in there and it was raining all day! When they come to "put" the packages in front of our door we can literally hear it crash onto the ground. I'm very displeased with FedEX. read more

The FedEx Office location (formerly Kinko's) on Sancus is a great resource for shipping, printing and copying. This location is very close to my office and we've used their services to print large drawings and presentations and as a source for gator-foam art boards for mounting presentations. AND, they deliver. Their location is in a strip center on Sancus but they do not face directly onto Sancus - they're behind the Japanese Steak House. There's plenty of parking if you need to swing in to drop off a quick FedEx package. read more

The employees can't be bothered to help you even if you're the only one in the place. I was having issues with the self print station and no one offered to help or anything. I even at one point asked for help to be ignored. Also while i was having troubles I watched an employee walk right by and leave the store for her break. I will make sure to never return to this business & will let others know to stray away from this establishment. read more

This visit was rather short, because it turned out that the copy center couldn't actually work on the project we wanted them to do for legal reasons. I have to say, though, that the staff member we talked with was very professional about it. We honestly just didn't realize that what we were asking would have been an issue, and he very kindly offered suggestions for alternatives that we could pursue. I really appreciated his approach. So I came in here to mail My engagement ring back to the manufacturer for some repairs. Every time I've had to do this in the past they've actually been pretty kind and helped me out. This time around the young man helped me out and immediately told me he wasn't going to box the ring for me because "this ring isn't worth my job." Like ok fine I get that. So I boxed it up myself, because if you don't follow their instructions, the insurance is voided so it's also not worth losing a thousands of dollars engagement ring for not following instructions. Then I had a shipment I needed to make to Canada and it was a piece of inexpensive jewelry that I had bought from Etsy. I had mailed back and forth to this jeweler before and it's been $30 each time. This time he asked me questions about what was in the box, I answered them and he tried to tell me it was gonna be $120. I noticed the guy who had helped me in the past was behind the counter and I asked if he could step in and help and the guy cut me off and said "it doesn't matter what he did last time, I'm telling you this is what I'm doing now". So he offered me no other solution so I grabbed my box and left. Extremely rude and didn't try to help with any other solution. read more

The Assistant Manager, an older gentleman with a very terrible attitude problem. I do not remember his name, but he was very rude and condescending when the label on the package would not scan that I brought in. He treated me as if I were a child who didn't have knowledge about anything. I felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable to the point he was basically yelling at me.
