She claimed that a QR code can't be printed there- dispite that being a listed service on HER linked page for Fedex. She knew the 1st time I came in that I had a QR code. She made me wait 10 min before acknowledging me as she chatted away with the customer She was with. Then told me it would be 15 min wait and I should go to Walgreens. I had a local appointment so I left and came back about 1.5 hours later. This time she had an incredibly rude customer ahead of me who she also chatted with about nonsense as a line built behind me to the DOOR. This truly obnoxious customer turned around and told us all to "Smile, it's a New year" as she took her sweet time chatting away and going as slow as possible. They must be friends and seemed to take pleasure in frustrating those of us waiting on NYE day. Then after that obnoxious customer left, the owner lady scans my QR code and then says oh I can't print that here. I told her you knew I was coming with this as I came earlier and it says on line that you CAN and DO. I can tell you- she was lying to me and was laughing. I have never met this woman or been into this location and will never go back! What a terrible experience with a person who seemed to enjoy being terrible. Sad. She doesn't deserve to be a FedEx authorized location.

Do you remember that sinking feeling in your stomach on your delivery date hoping that everything is going to go well so you can simply use your new appliance? Well today, we did not have a smooth delivery of our LG appliance, and in fact, our refrigerator was damaged. However, we had a fantastic team of dedicated delivery professionals (i.e. Willie and Edwin) that made our delivery proceed extremely well as we all worked together through our challenges with LG.com, RXO Logistics in Charlotte, NC and our terrific delivery team of Willie and Edwin from a third-party shipper in Savannah, GA hired by RXO Logistics in Charlotte, NC, Willie and Edwin from this third party delivery company from Savannah, GA hired by RXO LOGISTICS to delivered our LG.com model LG LRFXS3016S 31 cu ft. refrigerator under LG.com today, August 8, 2025 arrived at about 12:05 PM and both were polite, patient, extremely professional, and a real pleasure to deal with because Willie, 1. Pointed out to me that there was damage on the very bottom left side of my NewLG refrigerator as you look at our new LG refrigerator from the front. 2. Edwin and Willie were proactive in trying to manage and minimize our concerns by calling RXO logistics for us to ensure that we took the correct steps in settling this damage issue with LG.com the manufacturer. 3. They were extremely patient in allowing me to call LG.com Support department and speak with Aya, LG.com Customer Support Representative, who also did a very good job in resolving our issue with the damage to our new LG refrigerator. Willie and Edwin in fact, both waited while LG.com (I.e. Aya), and I negotiated a settlement concerning dent in our new refrigertor which my wife, and I really appreciated as we realize that it only made their day longer inour Carolina Summer heat. 4. Once we settled and agreed with LG.com's offer, Willie and Edwin both then continued their outstanding customer service by first removing our old refrigerator, and then completed installing our new LG refrigerator at about 2:00 PM. That's right, Folks! Willie and Edwin went above and beyond in waiting for a little over 45 minutes to make sure we were happy first with our new refrigerator, and then they both installed or new refrigertor. Both of you gentlemen are simply the best delivery team we have ever experienced in lives together in our ordering, over 30 different appliances in the last 45 years! And we have had some outstanding delivery teams! We feel, RXO Logistics is extremely smart, and I assume, based on our experience, a very well managed company in choosing Willie and Edwin to do their deliveries from their third-party delivery company Savannah GA because the both want to ensure their delivery customers are pleased. We want to thank Willie and Edwin, and RXO Logistics both for doing such a fantastic job in delivering our new LG refrigerator. Bing, Bang, Boom! They are both, without a doubt committed disciples of the hang in there, and "get er done", delivery approach. So the next time you get that stinking feeling in your stomach as your Appliance is about to be delivered, if either Willie and Edwin from this third-party shipper out of Savannah, GA, or the name RXO Logistics is attached to the delivery of your new appliance, we feel you can relax, and let these very professional, respectful, personable people, like Willie and Edwin, and RXO Logistics, do their jobs which allows you to simply enjoy your new appliance! They can accept packages and provide shipping services, but in my experience there was no reliable chain of custody or immediate USPS acceptance scan when I dropped packages off here. I dropped off multiple prepaid USPS packages and several went days without ever showing an acceptance scan. With a normal USPS counter drop-off, I would have received a receipt showing that USPS had officially accepted each package. Here, once the packages were handed over, I had no way to verify where they were until USPS eventually scanned some of them later. If you are shipping anything important, expensive, time-sensitive, or tied to an eBay sale, I would strongly recommend taking it directly to an actual USPS location so you leave with documented proof of acceptance.

Bait and switch, RUDE, and no communication from the owner to address their error…read moreI dropped off two bags of wash and fold laundry; specifically sheets, towels, a blanket and comforters, after being drawn to the business because they offered a 20% off coupon on comforter laundering. When I received my laundry back, half of it was laundered and half of it was dry cleaned. To be more specific, one pillowcase, one sheet and one comforter was dry cleaned. The other pillowcase, the other sheet, and the other comforters were laundered. When I inquired about the $284 charge, which should have been $42, the lady at the desk, was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back, she accused me of hanging up on her. I asked to speak to the owner. She said the owner would not talk to us because she was busy and on the phone, but had offered a $35 credit towards future cleaning. "No thank you," I said, "I'd like to speak with the owner." She then proceeded to yell at me again. When I attempted to ask to speak to the owner again, she belligerently told me to stop interrupting and that she would hang up on me again if I continued. I have left several messages and have not received a phone call back from the owner. I would not recommend this place, my experience was horrible and I paid additional $238 for one dry cleaned pillowcase (it's mate was laundered as I ordered), one dry cleaned sheet (whose mate was laundered as ordered), and a dry cleaned comforter, which I did not order. To make matters worse my wife is allergic to perc (the dry cleaning ingredient) so we now have to take them elsewhere to be laundered so we can use them. I am not a person who leaves bad reviews. However, I have used wash and fold and dry cleaning services for over 30 years. (Not my first rodeo.) The level of overcharge compounded by rudeness is why I am writing this review. Stay away.
