This fedex location employs the most help and kind people! Every time I come in, the staff is ready to tackle all my shipping and printing needs. Adam and Karen are here 5/7 times I come in and they have helped me ship liquid samples for work and print posters and photos as gifts. The rest of the staff is equally as helpful and everyone provides me with good suggestions that best meet my needs. Thank you to the Corvallis fedex crew! read more

Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I came in today not knowing how to print a comic made on Photoshop. He helped us figure out the perfect way to print it (through many trials and errors), format it, and upload the content from our computer to his. He even made us laugh along the way. I just think that any human, regardless of disabilities, shouldn't have to listen to 1 employee tell another employee that "there's always someone having a worse day." Right after I explained my disabilities. I also don't drive and have lung problems, I don't know why I wouldn't be able to still get help even if I was "having a bad day." I've avoided going back since, and I have urgent needs I've tossed aside. I can't afford to buy a printer. I just can't believe this kind of stuff is happening in Corvallis, but after being here since 2016 it's a theme at most public places here. Just because you don't have disabilities, doesn't mean you can treat customers as less than, or talk crap about them while they are still in the store. ​ read more

I had a great experience shipping ten boxes at this location in Corvallis. Nick went out of his way to be helpful and efficient.

This was not an impressive experience. I had a simple job that took much longer than needed and was made more complex than necessary. It was evident that the woman helping me was not paying attention or prioritizing helping me. I had to repeat myself a couple of times as she was not listening, then she kept interrupting the process to talk to others about other things. This all happened with me sharing 3 sentences (minus having to repeat myself). It was one experience, so hopefully a bad day for this person. read more

Extremely rude female employee, older female, working there. She didn't like my shirt so she was extremely rude and told me repeatedly that she would not wait on me or talk to me. The black guy was okay though. Says you can download pictures. Don't waste your time unless you have a very long time to wait. Took so long we thought something was wrong and cancelled the order. We were told that the internet speed was 0.1 or something like that. read more

We had shipped from this location since it opened. The current staff that I have dealt with during my last few transactions has not been helpful or friendly and made shipping from this location difficult to continue any further business doings. read more

Update: Upon another visit (unfortunately its one of the few choices in town, especially "late" night, I did encounter much nicer staff.... 2 very nice ladies. Still very slow... I still would not recommend this place for business workflows or anything time sensitive or overly complicated but I do have to at least give an extra star for the kindness of the staff I encountered at my last visit. read more

She is an amazing employee who is patient with me when I present the jump drive requiring assistance for our complex annual letter. These guys are my absolute favorites! I was working in Corvallis for 4 weeks and couldn't believe how much I anticipated going to FedEx. For work, I would send and receive 125 lb cases of equipment almost every day, but I was always greeted by an excellent team. Once we were all acquainted and comfortable, they started to welcome me with sarcasm, but on that final shipment, I actually was pretty bummed to not be working with them anymore. The employees are a lot of fun and are always working hard to get you in and out as fast as they can. I've heard a lot of rude people come through there, but the staff is somehow able to still effectively manage those people with great service. FedEx has proven itself time and time again for me. I have needed to ship a lot of small items since being in the Corvallis area for the last several months. The workers at the FedEx Office, Print and shop center have been very considerate and busy helping customers. I was taking most of my shipping to the local post office but found out the FedEx Office Center was easier and less expensive. Thank you to all of the staff for working through the pandemic and helping to keep things moving safely. I much prefer doing my shipping here than any other place in the area. Except for the parking lot being full sometimes, I have no complaints about this place. They work hard to get you in and out as efficiently as possible. read more

Both times that I had to run over to FedEx on my lunch, they've been beyond polite and welcoming. Not to mention that they all seem to really know their stuff about how they compare to other shipping companies. They believe in FedEx, and it shows. I would definitely concur with the comments about the slowness and the perceived inability to multitask. The line was huge, and there was only one person helping for much of the time. I was just dropping off a package, and there was no mechanism to do so other than to wait in the never-ending line. I was on a 1/2 hour lunch break and barely made it back after the long wait. At UPS, there is a cart for pre-labeled returns that makes it super-fast. I must say that I also concur that the staff is very polite, but a manager could definitely intervene to teach skills and/or develop processes related to time efficiency and customer service. read more

I went here to print a single photo from a jpeg file on a flash drive. I had edited the file at home to print an 8x11 landscape print. The store has an automated system you use yourself in which you have to insert a debit/credit card, attach your media, select the photo to print, its size etc. Pretty easy. Only problem was when the photo printed about 1/5th of the photo had been cut off from around the edges. The staff told me I had edited the photo incorrectly and because I had selected the "print receipt" button on the machine, they were unable to provide a refund. (There was no way to know that ahead of time and staff never mentioned it until I asked for a refund.) Very disappointed in both the service and the attitude of the staff. I cannot recommend printing your photos here. If you do decide use them NEVER hit the 'print receipt' button on the screen. (PS I rechecked the file when I returned home and it was set up for an 8x11 size; so it was their machine that cropped it incorrectly). read more

FedEx printing options are wonderful. Their hours work great with my schedule. Staff is always friendly and available to answer questions. I like the self service option, I use this as much as possible unless i have a problem with a file and the staff can help with printing. A little higher price with assistance but its worth it when you need a project printed. read more

Unbelievably rude customer service by the female employee, Jennifer (older female). Had to drive from McMinnville due to a shipping error to pick up a multi-thousand dollar package. Very routine pickup. She didn't greet us when we walked in, immediately complained to her co-worker that there were "so many customers" and she "wasn't going to do anymore work" because she was apparently off of work in ten minutes. After a rude retort to me after I explained that I only had a package pickup (not some thousand-page copy job, for example) and turned her back on my husband and myself, I decided to write my very first Yelp review ever. If I was the franchise owner of this FedEx or the manager, I would not want an employee of this caliber representing my business. I will say that the other employee, a young man, ended up helping us and was very courteous, however the aforementioned woman was so atrocious that I will not do business with this establishment again. read more
