Came in this week & was assisted by an associate. She was extremely patient with me & accommodating. She explained paper quality, quantity & was able to send her my voucher to have it printed. It came out amazing. I have other idea for other holidays & cannot wait to come in & have them made. Putting your assistant managers through training and teaching them the definition of customer service how a business is there becuase of customers. This girl Linda literally has zero customer service. I accidentally went in to pick up my order without a physical license and all the while I was having delivery issues from Fri and forcefully had to do a Pick up from hell at this location. She faked calling the cops on me making me Sound like some Crazy person and stood there for almost an hour bickering back and forth I thought I was in jr high again and had never such horrible exp with a manager before. I lied I have when they were lacking customer skill and manager training and which was just handed to her. Easyyyy peeeeasy ! In and out in a breeze. I printed the return labels beforehand. But needed a box for my return. I walked in and the boxes, packages, and shipping materials were very organized. It made it simple to pick which package I needed to fit my return. The employee asked me if I needed help and I walked over to the counter. He suggested a slightly bigger box so that the item doesn't get squashed. He also tapped it up for me. I handed him the shipping labels and off I went. Lol Great customer service. They all seem to be flirting and playing with each other. They acted like they had never shipped an international package before. Completely useless. As the manager was trying to help me there was another employee putting stickers on her and flirted right in front of me. Needless to say I won't be coming back. I had to stop by to shop out some documents the other day and Genesis provided me with very good service. I don't usually mail via fedex so I was definitely Lost after entering the store. Genesis probably saw my puzzled face and offered to help me. She was patient and explained they don't offer same day delivery service at the store. It needs to be scheduled via phone. Do not come to this FedEx facility they steal packages. If you do go here please make sure you get receipts and take pictures of the associates. You're giving your boxes to because FedEx will not do anything for you. I highly suggest this for I am currently having to go through a settlement with FedEx because they stole my packages. Honestly, I wouldn't use FedEx at all. I would use a good old-fashioned post office and make sure you pay for tracking and insurance. read more

Amazing staff with lots of smiles and a can-do attitude. Needed some files off of a disc put onto a thumb drive. Not a service they officially offered, but the can-do spirit made it all happen. This is a nice Fed Ex location. I came here last week to drop off a package. They were really busy, but an employee came by and grabbed the package I was sending. I was grateful because the box was really heavy. Since the lines were so long and parking structure was a bit of a challenge, I might continue to go to the location closer to my house. read more

There wasn't a reason to change it from Kinko's but it's the exact same (even when they remodel). I come here to print stuff out: It's pricey and the default paper is nicer (and more expensive) than it needs to be, but it's not often I need it so it's enough to tolerate every once in a while (and not have to buy a printer for home). Check the hours in case you assume it might be 24 hours. There's also plenty of close parking in the structure next door, and the gals at the counter, though I've never seen any more than once, are always pleasant, even more than they need to be, and that can go a long way. read more

Well. I came in to have a couple of pictures printed for my six year olds project. I printed most of them myself yesterday at the UPS store, but he took a few that he really wanted for it today. My wife called earlier to make sure they could print them since UPS is closed after 3:00. Imagine my shock when I get here and they claim ALL of their printers are down. They want me to go to Brea which word be closed in twenty minutes It's impossible for me to believe that ALL of their printers are down. It seems more likely that they just want to get out of there. I went to the FedEx by my house (Centerpointe in La Palma) and 3 times they turned me away and told me to use the website/canva. I use canva regularly for work but for this specific purpose canva wasn't it. William was able to help me out, get it printed for me and cut my pages in half (which was what I needed) all with a smile on his face and it took all of 15 minutes at most. Needed to send a used computer to someone and didn't have time to pack it myself so I asked this FedEx location to pack and ship it. The employee didn't ask about insurance, which should have been a red flag, but I was distracted and in a hurry, otherwise this would be a one star review. My acquaintance received a pair of boots that were supposed to be returned to Dansko, and my computer, if it was shipped, presumably went to Dansko and was never recovered. Fortunately I wiped the computer first. FedEx paid the default $100 claim amount, but if you decide to use this FedEx location, make sure your item is packed and labeled in front of you. read more

I've been here on several separate occasions when my printer at home wasn't cooperating. Apparently their printers don't like to cooperate sometimes either. I wanted to print some colored cards on cardstock and the worker told me that their printers were not working at the time. What? Aren't you a printing establishment?? Lol.. Thankfully I was able to print on cardstock on the self-service machines with some instruction, as it takes quite a few steps to get something printed. I like that this location is available and conveniently open during the weekends, but I'd expect their printing machines to be working all the time because well, they're a printing shop! read more

Right in the middle of downtown Fullerton. While you have to park in the gross structure and are bound to come across at least homeless person along the way, this FedEx is pretty nice. My printer gave up on me a while back, and I am forced to come here pretty often to print. It's typically not too busy and all of the employees are extremely helpful and courteous. read more

Avoid at all costs. Came here to pick up a package I had them hold because I wouldn't be home when it was supposed to be delivered. I provided ID and tracking number, and was told I needed proof of residency at the address on the package (keep in mind due to COVID I had not gone to the DMV to change my address when I moved last year, and DMV made a typo on my car registration). I said ok let me find my gas bill on my phone ... employee gets impatient, acts like she's doing my a huge service by "letting it go this time " and lectures me on not putting my address on the package "if I don't live there". Ma'am, I do live there. You never even asked and jumped to a conclusion. The chances of me having the exact tracking number on my phone, email of receipt from the vendor that sent the package, and the exact name on the package are slim to none. If you're that concerned that I'm a package thief maybe next time wait for me to provide proof or maybe talk to me like a normal person. I wasn't aware getting my package from here was going to be the equivalent of DROSing a firearm from a gun store when you're about to buy one. read more

They didn't think to ask or tell me there's a 2nd email that I can send my file to until 15 min later. Very unprofessional as I wonder who hired these people, esp the manager. The manager is trying to tell the workers how to organize the back when the priority should be me, the customer. It's honestly really nice to have a 24 hour print location that ACTUALLY knows what they are doing. I've done quite a bit of business here, and I have been very happy with them. Online ordering is easy, and they are helpful in person. My only issue is that sometimes they don't call when the order is finished, but it's always been ready on-time so I can't complain. read more

Stopped by real quick to drop off 2 parcels that needed a little extra stuffing inside to ensure a safe journey. I was helped out & assured everything would be taken care of with no worries on my part. I double checked that my pre-printed return label was acceptable, which it was. Just bear in mind they have no plexiglass in place, so you may be asked to step back while they help you out with boxing etc. Parking is bizarre but not impossible to find. People could be better drivers, so use caution while in the structure. read more

Clean and convenient location. I always drop off my boxes and packages to be shipped. Staff seem helpful and never had a problem except once when I used a flimsy box to ship something and unfortunately got a staff member who told me I couldn't use that kind of box and I ended purchasing one of their boxes. Just be careful with the type of boxes you use as some have strange logos or signs that could mean "flammable" which of course fedex won't accept so make sure you cover these signs up if you're going to use them. read more

Amazing service. Easier to find and closer than main on Kimberly St, Placentia. Had an urgent shipment to overseas on a Ftiday night was told last truck had just left. Truck had multiple loads to pick-up so counter help asked if he had room for one more... depends on when ready to go... as soon as label prints out... then sure. It finished after he loaded up truck he came back in just to get that last one. Zero bad attitudes. Will come back if there's a next time. read more
