One of the best printing places I am blessed to have right in my neighborhood. I went to print my save the dates for my wedding and to come to my surprise, the canva document printed out ugly yellow background on my save the dates. I wish I got her name, but she was so determined to get it right. I contacted my wedding coordinator to send the canva link so we could edit it on our end. She got the yellow background to disappear and was able to get what I wanted. They have amazing customer service. I cant thank you guys enough. This was my second time using Copier Outlet. I used them to print my wedding invitations and it came out wonderful. They talked me through the pros and cons of various cardstock and let me feel the paper to get an idea of what I truly wanted. In the images attached, two hours before my wedding, I realized that I didn't not have the menus that would complete my vision for my reception. Price is more competitive than popular chains like Office Depot $0.60 / Staples $0.60 / FedEx $0.90-$1 / UPS $3 first page + each additional page $0.50. My usual place is still cheaper at Copy 4 Less in Huntington Beach $0.40 / color. Wish they would open on weekends as well. read more

Great prices on printing. I had a 200 page textbook that I wanted printed in color, double sided and so I shopped around. Other places quoted me $72 to $96! I thought that was crazy for such a simple print job! A friend told me about a cheap copy place in garden grove, but I didn't want to drive that far so I was excited when I found this place on Yelp. Their shop is in a small strip mall with mostly Korean businesses. I walked in and asked for a few quotes, them gave them my file and they quoted me $30. Other places charged 2 to 3 times that much! They printed on heavier quality paper than the last place I checked, and finished the job while I sat there. I was very happy with quality of the prints, the paper, and how quickly they got me in and out of there. Great little copy/print center. read more

First- she doesn't greet me. Yes, she was with someone at the moment BUT should could have acknowledged that I walked in; "I'll be right with you..." She didn't even make eye contact. Then when her customer left, she still doesn't say anything to me- I assumed she was finishing up whatever she had to finish with the prior customer so she will approach me when she's ready. I finally catch her just awkwardly staring at me, so I starred back. She finally asks, "Need more time?" Wtf. (Rude) I brushed off her rudeness and just continued with my request since I'm 7 1/2 pregnant, can barely walk, I'm exhausted & with a 3 year old... she prints what I need, I pull out my visa to pay, THEN BOOM. I just have to take a minute to sing the praises of this small business! My family had two deaths recently, one a month after the other. My husband went to the Copier Outlet to have some inserts printed for his grandmother's obituaries, and also to have some old photos of her blown up to poster size. They came out great! A month after that, my mother in law passed away suddenly. With the task of planning a memorial service, we once again returned to Copier Outlet to print out obituaries, and blow up pics of my mother in law. With all of the stress of getting everything together for the service, my husband forgot to go pick up our order on a Friday, for our service on Saturday. We didn't realize until after 6pm on Friday that the obituaries and photos hadn't been picked up, and that they were closed until Monday. We had a meltdown. After some tears and frustration, my husband sent an email to ask if anyone could meet us Saturday morning to arrange a pickup. (I didn't know he did this) On Saturday morning, I drove by the shop to get the email address, and did the same...sent an email on a hope and prayer, asking if we could arrange a pickup before noon that day, as the service was at 4pm in Palos Verdes. Well, someone saw our emails, and responded to both of us, and I was able to pick up our order later that morning. A million thanks to Copier Outlet and the young man who met me there that morning on his day off to get our order picked up. I would definitely recommend them again and again! read more

Usually my family comes here to do all our mass copying jobs. They've got great prices - 3 cents per page, but they give it to us at 2.5 cents since we come here so often. The poor dude barely speaks any English, so if you've got a complicated job to do, bring a Korean friend with you. The place is huge and it seems like a paper tornado came raging through, leaving it a bit messy and warehouse-like. But who cares as long as you get the job done. I came in today needing to copy two workbooks (about 200 pages each), double-sided and bound. I expected that like any other copy place, I'd be able to leave it with them and pick it up the next day. The worst they'd do is just hike up the price a little to cover the labor, no prob. But they told me rather rudely that it was too big of a job to handle, that I'd have to stand there and scan each page myself and that it'd probably take a couple of hours. Uhhhh... no thanks. I'd rather watch the grass grow. So I took it to Copyco in Long Beach, who told me happily that it'd be ready for pickup the next day. Bottom line - if you want some quick, cheap copies go here. But if you've got a big job, take it somewhere else because their lazy asses probably won't do it for you. read more

This place has been around for decades! I've always shopped at Calico next door but it amazes me how easily I miss local spots. They are able to handle high-volume last-minute orders and are able to deliver quickly, efficiently, and professionally (though not literally, they do not deliver). Parking is very easy. Their entire parking lot is basically dedicated to them. Their customer base has many in variety. I actually had a conversation with somebody who was picking up something else, about the nature of my business, which was very cool actually. Not many are into light/heat therapy. :) What really impressed me was that I needed 2000 copies within 5 days. They sliced the paper in half perfectly. Such a great establishment! I will be the first to say there is language barrier which may be the purpose some people feel they lack "customer service." But I disagree for many reasons. First, I have been using their services weekly for almost 3 years for a near by business for cards, posters, stickers, fliers, banners, certificates, etc. I love the convenience of it all. Order request can be sent via email, but it's more than that! They get to know what you're looking for, they clarify if things should double or single sided when I myself did not specify. They've pointed out that our index doesn't make sense (which could be costly In lost printing when we ourselves did not realize this error). Imagine printing hundreds of dollars of print ads with wrong information!? when your order is fulfilled you get a simple response "ready for pick up." Many times I have to rush orders because we always run out of fliers and more than a handful of times they have been ready the next day at my urgent request. My boss used them for her wedding, and so did I! High quality printing, custom cutting, recommendations, and very affordable! I value and respect their gratitude and warm welcome. My boss was relocated 30 miles away and still she uses their services. We are always greeted, at times our items are being pulled from production and packed before we even walk through the door! They know our cars! How amazing is that!? We have always been welcomed with a "hello" and respectfully treated and I highly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed. I have used them for everything, and I couldn't be happier! Today, I picked up my rsvps, and wedding registry cards and they cut them to size for me in a few minutes.
