This is an update to my previous review. In response to my refund request, they would only do it if I deleted my review while also saying I'm not a nice person. That's a pet peeve of mine when businesses try to alter reviews by "If you rate us five stars on yelp, you get a complimentary _____" or "We will only provide a refund if you delete the review." I opted not to and requested a charge back through my bank which I knew would likely fail as the business did make an attempt to correct the issue. My gripe is it shouldn't have come to this. All three passport photos were out of spec, and one was flat out rejected. If a service isn't adequate, any business should provide a refund when they know it's not feasible to re-do the service. I was only asking for a refund on the one that was rejected. I hope this review brings about better customer service and more compassion. As I said in my previous review, their other services are fine, and my experience shouldn't deter you from coming here. read more

Despite being the third person in line, my visit was quick. I already had my boxes labeled so, the clerk scanned my packages and printed out a receipt. I had a painless experience. The sides have a small number of mailboxes facing a few copiers. There were a separate point of sale to the side for prints and two registers. read more

Swati is the best ever!!!!! I go to the UPS store almost daily as I have a mailbox there. Swati goes above and beyond every single time to help me when my packages and will even help look into missing packages that reflect were delivered, but yet not there. I have done numerous Amazon returns there as well. I have never had an issue with any of my returns as they are professional and very courteous. Swati is so knowledgeable that she also does the training for other future employees for other stores at her location. I highly recommend her and her store for all your parcel needs!!! read more

Do not go to this store. Very poor customer service. Manager is rude and lacks people skills. I called UPS to lodge a formal complaint only to be told that that store is franchised which apparently nothing other than making them aware of a complaint would happen. In reality no consequence . I was returning something and wasn't supposed to need a label or box but apparently Amazon app redirected to needed this. When I explained that wasn't my intention the manager Swati Patel said she couldn't help me. Previous employees or owners always tried to assist if I needed some assistance. . When I asked if she could look up to see the return was started she said no. Most unwilling to assist other than to say cancel return or pay to return to Amazon. I took my box and dropped it to the floor while I tried to cancel the existing return . She walked away and said I could leave and go somewhere else. This appears to be a family operated franchise. When the manager said this the other family member snickered together . So RUDE . I usually go to the UPS on Bastenchury . You can bet that I'll only go there in the future . I guess when you franchise you have no perimeters . If I could give less than one star, I would. read more

Today is the last day of 2025, and I was in a tough spot because our scheduled UPS pickup never arrived. I rushed to this store in the rain, only to find it packed to capacity. Despite the store being full, Ms. Patel saw my situation and went above and beyond to help me drop off my items so I wouldn't have to haul them back in the rain. I visit this location about three times a year, and every single time, I am moved by how hardworking and kind the staff is. This is one of the best UPS store I been too. Firstly, as soon as you walk in, all the staff greets you, which is I think very impressive because lots of places, they don't even greet until you go the counter. I was waiting in line but until I waited, someone acknowledge me and told me they will be right with me. They really care about their customers. The lady I think is the manager greeted almost everyone with their name which is more impressive to me. I came in with a print project which I thought that they cannot able to do it but they pulled it off really nice. I came to do a booklet, the manager happened to help me, it took her 10 to 15 minutes to arrange all the papers and aligned it because I just came with not organized file. But she did it and printed out the sample for me. The booklet is really good in quality than I have expected. I have her got it done 50 of them. While i waited I seen the flow of the customers, all in and out with the best customer service they can provide. They even go outside of the box to help out the customers with their Amazon returns. Every customer left happily. Such an amazing experience I had even I waited 10 to 20 minutes while my booklet getting printed but My wait time really worth it. I would recommend this store to everyone. At the end they gave me the coupon for next time printing service and the list of the other product. I did not know that they also do notary, fingerprinting, shredding, passport pictures, they even have mailboxes. I thought they only shipping and one of my friends recommended here for printing. Was just there and saw this lady that is leaving this bad review about the store manager. The lady at the store was trying to help her and was telling her that she needs the QR code for the Amazon return. She can't just do a return without the code from Amazon, this customer got very angry and didn't understand why she couldn't just take her phone and figure it out for her. The lady in the store was really nice trying to help her and went out of her way trying to explain it, I come into the store all the time they always get everything I need done for me. I just felt compelled to come on here and write under this person's review because it's not fair that you don't have your stuff in order and then leave a bad review for a manager that has no way of sending out an return without a QR code or an address of where to send it. The whole customer service at the store is great. She tried to explain to the lady that she would do the return but she needed the Amazon QR code for the return. The lady was screaming. I spoke to Amazon customer service about not needing a box when I went to the store for a defective product and this guy scoffed at me and judged the items I was returning. Another employee without knowing the situation said I needed a box. They both were wrong and they accepted my return. Terrible customer service and both should not be working there. I have never had an issue with this location. On the contrary, they have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately my last visit was very unpleasant. Any time i do an Amazon return I never have to provide a box or label. This time they made me buy a box for $7.53 so I can complete a return. I went back and double checked I didn't need a box and sure enough, my instructions said they would pack up the return. It's only $7.53, but it was the way I was spoken to was as if i was too dense to understand the instructions. Came for a Livescan service on Sunday, 11/17/24 in the morning and it was great service! Honestly love this area, especially the way the owner professionally did my fingerprints. She even printed two copies of the Request for Livescan for me to keep and kept the original copy to send to a remote job I applied for. The owner was really good, and she knew exactly what to do. There was another employee at work, and both the owner & employee were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I'd love to come back for any services again, in the future! read more
