I am here often because I always miss turning into the parking lot after I getting off of Beltway from Chinatown. So, I endured traffic on Westheimer to Kirkwood Road. This FedEx Office is smaller than others I frequent. The interior is long and narrow. It takes a while to walk to the opposite wall. My first time here... Well. I couldn't get anything done because the copy machine was down. I ended up driving back to the one I usually go by MOD Pizza near Beltway. Mmm... I crave for pizza now. Looking at the corner monument, it says Royal Oaks Medical Center. But this store is away from medical stuff. If I'm here hungry next time, I would have to go to Phoenicia Market. I was here to drop off a RMA today. Employee seemed attentive. There wasn't much of interaction. But it's ok. I get used to being ignored. read more

Their customer service was terrible. The pettiness of the manager was ridiculous. If you buy anything at this store, don't think you can return it. She will find every excuse she can to find a reason not to accept the return. I had a car charger which I was not happy with. The charge was inconsistent and the clamp would slip off at the slightest turn, speed bump, or break, sending my phone flying across the front seats. Not safe while driving. I even offered to accept a replacement hoping it would work better. Still refused it. She literally took it out of the package and asked to see my phone to check the charge. I should have had her come to my car and ride around with me to show her logic and reason. Bottom line the customer should always be right in that situation. They mark "Attempt to deliver" when they no darn well, they never been to your zip code. I have yet to have a good experience. I wish all of them shut down. This was my first time shipping packages via fed ex in a very long time. I was doing this on behalf of my husband who was at work but I dreaded going to Fedex. I am a USPS shipper. My husband wanted to make sure his package arrived to the receiver without error & in a timely manner so he chose Fed ex. I went into the location and stood in line for probably 5 minutes. Anthony was the fed ex rep that helped me. He was very professional and gave me all the available shipping options and prices he also told me the rules about Shipping on behalf of someone else etc. I was in and out in no time. As he was finishing up with me, he told another customer that he would help her get the boxes and load them into her car. That's how you go above and beyond the expectation of your customers. I needed to fax in some documents to the leasing office and it so happened that I was off from work, so did not have access to a fax machine. For some odd reason, they would not accept a scanned image via email, so I had to go old school on this one. I told a few people about my plans for the day and I got the same response from everybody "who uses a fax these days". Nonetheless, I needed to use a fax and found this fedex office close to where I was at. It was your typical office type facility as I had not visited one in almost 5-7 years. It was pretty organized from inside. They had the stationary section in one area, the postage and envelope in another and packaging section in another etc. The workers were occupied with other customers and the place was busy. I found the self service fax area and behold! they had step by step instructions on how to use it. I followed it to the core, but the fax still would not work. I went to another station and same issue. I tried all four machines and kept running into the same problem. I starting getting frustrated, and couldn't find an available worker to assist me. I almost gave up and said to myself to just wait till I get back to work, till I ran into Donna, who saved the day. She was so helpful and waited for me till all the pages went thru on the fax. Apparently, when faxing a local number, there is no need to add +1 before the area code. Fax machines are that sensitive. I was glad the fax was all taken care of and for Donna's assistance. The fax machine had a credit card payment machine attached to the fax so there was no need to get back in line to make a payment. Way to go FedEx! read more

I wish I can give it no star. I've been going to this location for the last 20+ years. Every year it seems to get worst. I prefer not to do business with FedEx but once awhile I have to drop off a package. I have prepaid label printed so all I need to do is drop it off. But not yesterday, The clerk try to charge me $4.99 because my box says express while my label is ground.(FYI: this is a return item from a vendor.) Hello, UPS or UPSP does not charge for boxes. I walked in and saw two workers, one was assisting someone with prints and another was working on the computer. I was told he'd be with me in a second. As I waited, I saw TWO other employees come from the back and when they saw me and we connected eyes, they turned around and went back to the back. I came early this morning as to be the 1st customer. The lady who opened the store this morning at 8:02AM on 05/13/2021, was not prepared at all. She was taking all her time, being so slow as if I had all day to spend there! Not only that, the machines were not ready. She was wrapping her hair as if it was a hair salon! I've never written a bad review on yelp but this place really does have terrible customer service. The reviews were not lying. First the lady at the register looks like she's angry about all her life decisions, which doesn't really bother me, but a greeting would be much appreciated. Then I picked up a tape that had a sale price sticker but it rang up with the regular price, she asked another guy why it wasn't ringing with the sale price from the sticker and instead of telling her to type up the price they had for the tape, he simply says someone didn't take the sticker off when they should've and the price was correct on the screen. I don't think I've ever been in an establishment that won't accommodate to their customer, when clearly their employees aren't doing their job right. Next time I'll drive a bit further to an UPS, since they always have the best customer service. read more

If you've got several hours to sit around and wait for your print order to be ready after the time that you were told it would be ready, then this is the place to go. If not, I don't recommend this place. I was told my presentation would be ready the previous night at 9pm. When I arrive to pick it up the following morning at 9:40am, there is confusion about the pick up time and they say they still have a few more to put together, it will take 20 minutes. All right, I'll wait....20 minutes....30 minutes...50 minutes....an hour and half! Finally! This has happened to me before at this location and I will not be returning. read more

I have used this place to print out documents in their self service computers and have had good experiences in two separate occasions on which I have been in a rush. In and out in a matter of minutes and have always spend less than $3.00 including the prints. The workers are friendly and helpful. read more

They are pretty strict with packing requirements so if they ask what's inside just say a stack of sticky notes. Save yourself the hassle.

Extremely slow service, and once we got to the passport office all the way down in Fort Bend County we found out the passport photos didn't even fit the size requirements and were too over exposed to be acceptable. On the bright side though they did offer a refund and they are one of the few places in the area that seemed to have a working camera, but if you get passport photos there leave plenty of time to kill and check the dimensions closely against the diagram in the passport photo folder. read more

Worst experience I have ever encountered. Very rude staff, not willing to help me with printing. None of the printers were working and when I asked for help both of the ladies working today told me "go use the computers" didn't even attempt to see what was wrong. One of the ladies was the manager. It wasn't like the staff was busy because the store only had 4 customers at that time. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Had a package delivered by FEDEX which obviously was abused and the contents destroyed. Went here to return to vendor (Macy's) and the guy behind the counter became indignant and claimed the box was on too bad of shape for him to accept and walked away. No offer to rebox for a fee or anything. Not only because of FEDEX delivery poor handling of the merchandise (which was worthless now because of extensve damage but needed to be returned for credit), they are disinterested to even minimally attempt to assist. I am only writing this review for this specific FEDEX KINKOS location. First let me say that I really didn't have to wait long on a line before being attended to. I went to the store because I ordered 2 pages printed via the website. They sent me an email that my order would be ready after 3pm. I showed up to pick up my order close to 5PM. I left my husband in the car so I can quickly run in. Well they couldn't find my order. Though I do believe they printed it, they were just so unorganized that they couldn't locate it on their counter tops. I ended up having to wait for them to reprint my order from scratch. I was in the store for probably a total of 15 mins, but my order was only 2 pages, what if it was a 100pg report or large presentation? I will make sure to use another location for my printing needs from now on. read more

I don't mind being patient when people are busy but here's what I experienced this evening at 7 pm. Hey, I know, that's the drop-off cutoff time. I expected to wait for a few minutes because they would be busy. While I wandered around the store looking for someone to accept my express envelope another old guy walked up to the counter. He stood there for five minutes and I was probably already there for at least 5 minutes when he came in. Worst customer service ever. Four people on the clock, not including a driver that was loading up. No one at the FedEx check in desk but one man was chatting and laughing for several minutes on the Kinko's side of the counter. There were two of us at the counter. The conversation between them on the Kinko's side appeared to be personal, not customer related. I finally spoke out and suddenly 3 others emerged from their offices like roaches. Hilariously they wandered around the store like they were lost, looking at the walls, one guy with his laptop bag on his shoulder. One of them stopped to do a little straightening. NOBODY gave a crap about taking care of customers. I left. I'll go back after current management is replaced. read more

Boy, I tell you what. This review speaks for myself and about 10 other frustrated people that got to stand in line behind me for 30 minutes today because of incompetence. Pure incompetence. The 3 employees at this particular store acted like they had a better place to be. Not only were they taking their time while backed up with customers, but they were not friendly one bit. I needed 20 copies made of a document which had a border around it. Twice Amanda brought the copies she had made back to me and they were off-center. I was then told "Well, they're a little off, but there's not much else we can do. You still want 'em?" I told her no and said they need to be fixed. I couldn't understand why making correct copies at a KINKOS was such a task. She then replied, "Well, you know, that's gonna take a little while..." Fine! Just make the copies. I couldn't believe she was trying to get by with a half-ass job and expected me to pay for it. I would have understood "These copies just aren't coming out correctly. I can try to fix them but that might take a little time. Would you mind waiting or would you just like to take these?" Is that really that difficult of a concept to understand? I wish I had had Yelp.com business cards to hand out today because I was not the only person upset in that store. Take notes manager. read more
