Came in today 8/24/2024 at 12:30pm to send a package back to Amazon. The whole experience was ridiculous. The customer service was non existent . The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. I brought back a vacuum cleaner which I thought Amazon said I didn't need a box, but I read it wrong, well the cashier comes to the counter, no greeting just a " you sending that back" "where your box at"? To which I responded oh I thought I read that I didn't need a box.. she answers very rudely "oh that's a lie"!!!!! "Pull up yo Amazon account and see"... I asked well how much is a box? I use this store for sometime now and I can't say it was pleasant experience but I didn't mind since the job was done as what I felt but after my experience from last night I'll never go back to this store again. The anxiety I felt after leaving the store and wondering if the representative was going to temper with my shipment was unbearable until I saw that it left their store is when I calmed down. I don't trust the store and the experience was just by far the worst I've had to encounter from UPS stores . Upon my arrival, I was not greated. In fact, she walked away and only came back on my third walk in when I had to bring in some more boxes. I told her I had a lot of boxes and wanted to laugh it off by indicating I'm sorry to make you work so hard, but she in return gave me so much attitude and aggression that right away I felt like I was not welcomed in the store. Karla Cruz was the representative that was assisting me and it seemed like she was the only one there. When the process of scanning boxes started she asked me to pick up over a 100 lb box so she can weigh it, to understand why I'm saying this is I'm a 5,5 120 pound girl, and when I was asked to pick up a box that's most likely the same weight as me. I then asked if there's any assistance and also hoping she would give me some other resolution to the situation because I physically could not pick up that box, In return, I got a rude response like why are you here if you can't pick up a box. I feel like the store needs to have a system for people that can't lift heavyweights or possibly a scale on the ground for those situations, but regardless if the store had it or not, why was I giving such a disgusting attitude by someone that should've been a little bit more supportive of the situation. I guess it's fine that UPS doesn't have a good system for situations like this and that's fine that I almost got a hernia picking it up but I should not be treated like a dog in a store that I'm spending money in. But forget that I feel like what she told me next was why I'll never go back to this store. when I had to combine 2 boxes because I had one shipping label, I asked for some tape which she responded in exact words because I'll never forget how rude this was "The tape I have is used for customers and you need to buy your own tape if you need it" so apparently I wasn't a customer. I was just a person that walked through in and wanted to get harassed by upstairs employee. How rude and disgusting to tell a customer that they are not your customer and that they are not valued or their business. I finished returning my boxes, hoping she wouldn't temper with any of them and didn't bother to tell her anything since I was afraid that my shipment wasn't going to make it to their final destination if I do . This is how much aggression I felt from her and attitude as I was returning and asking her questions in the process. Absolute worst customer service I've ever had at a UPS store, I came in to ship some documents internationally and wasn't able to be helped. Both the employees Karla and Kelly are incompetent and shouldn't be behind a counter that says international shipping right above it, if they don't know what they're doing. Karla seemed inconvenienced because she was having trouble entering the address and then was extremely rude and decided to just clock out and leave the store, leaving me with Kelly. I stood and waited several minutes for Kelly just to find out she didn't even want to attempt to help me and just said if Karla couldn't help then I can't either. At that point I realized I was wasting my time with incapable employees who didn't care about customers, can't expect more than bare minimum from these employees. She then was rude and started yelling at me for being upset with the service I was receiving and for trying to leave and go to FedEx instead. She started yelling loud enough for people across the freeway to hear "We ain't finna do this" "We ain't finna do this" "You needa get outta here", talking to me like I'm an inmate. I Walked out the door and told her to learn how to do her job. The owner must love losing money, Clearly they hired these 2 girls off the street. Went to FedEx down the street and was helped by a knowledgeable employee who had excellent customer service and had me in and out in 2 minutes. read more

I visited this location today and was thoroughly disgusted by the customer service I recieved. The employee that serviced me is named Karla. Upon entering I was not greeted or acknowledged. Once I made it to the counter she was extremely short and rude. When I pointed out she had my address wrong she said it didn't matter and didn't bother to correct it. After packing my items I asked to look back into the box, she angrily stated that "she wasn't going to steal anything" which was very odd to me because I never said or implied anything to prompt such a response. She handled the contents of my package roughly and without care. I will never return to this business again. Karla ruined my experience and should really work behind the scenes with the attitude she displayed she should not be running the front counter. Her actions, attitude and tone were totally unacceptable and makes the entire company look horrible. I am completely disgusted! One customer had just finished his transaction and was leaving, the other customer was renting what appeared to be several mailboxes, with lots of paperwork. The customer told the clerk to go ahead and help me, he refused finally turned to me and said he would be with me in a minute. Ten minutes later I walked out. read more

I've had a mailbox here for about a month, and I really like their service. Someone's always there to greet me when I walk in, and they usually has my mail and packages ready before I even get to open my box. They know me by face so I like that a lot.
