Unprofessional Service - Refusal to Fix Clear Production Error…read more I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability from this company. I placed an order with specific design requirements, and despite providing a clearly approved proof, the final product I received was incorrect. The approved proof specifically designated certain wording in white and other wording in black. What I received was the exact opposite of what was agreed upon. When I reached out to resolve this--providing side-by-side photo evidence of the approved proof versus the incorrect items--the company refused to offer a replacement or a refund. It is unacceptable to acknowledge an approved proof, deliver a different product, and then expect the customer to bear the cost of a mistake made on the production end. I would caution anyone against using their services if you value accuracy and basic customer support. I will not be ordering from them again.
