Truthfully, based on the reviews, I was petrified of coming to this location. But I had to return…read moremy WiFi equipment and this was the location closest to me. Otherwise, I would've had to drive for nearly an hour to another UPS Store. Any-whoo, yes, there was a line leading outside the door upon my arrival and I showed up pretty close to opening. There were only two reps at the counter, but they helped to move things pretty quickly, even with all the customer questions, etc. Again, I was nervous about what type of customer service I would encounter here based on the reviews, but the gentleman who assisted me was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and funny. In between cracking jokes about the weather, he gave me a run down on what to expect in terms of my return and the cable company. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes; again, there was a heavy crowd early in the AM, and with only two clerks working, I feel they did an excellent job. In short, I wont be anxious to return to this location should the need arise! Win Win!

Never again!! they take total advantage of you and do not give you all the prices to make a choice

I loved the school it was clean, neat, very secure & all the staff was very friendly & informative. I went ahead and scheduled a Montessori morning so my daughter (3yrs) could test the waters. It is a traditional and accredited Montessori with a stable staff with decades of experience and certifications. Both my children have gone here and learned and grew by leaps and bounds. My 2-year-old would come home knowing things I would expect of a child twice her age. They cover all areas of development and not just standard academics. Skills such as practical life and manners alongside science, social studies and cleaning up. All classrooms are very quiet and organized and kids are engaged in their personal learning activities. Teachers are polite and direct with students and help to guide their development in a positive way. My kids both were always excited and happy to go to school and upset at the end of the day when they had to leave. My child's current teacher is Ms. Vanessa whom she adores. She has tons of experience and has helped my child to blossom in ways I never imagined were possible. I look forward to what the next few years bring.
