Customer Service at it's Best. Thank You Madison & Jennifer both you of are Amazing at Customer Service. A week ago i was running late to a meeting and Jennifer was about to unlock the door to Postnet at about 8:40am. Even though the did not open until 9am. I said Jennifer if she would kindly take my pre labeled box & it had my cell phone if i need to return later. She Agreed & kindly accepted it and at 9am I received am email my package had been entered into their system for shipping. This was just one great customer experience. I know its the Holidays & Christmas Delivery is important to us all. I have to say I went to a Authorized Fed-Ex Drop off loaction only to be told i would be charged $14.95 to drop-off at their location. The Lady stated If i wanted to to be charged i would have to drive all the way to Deerbrook mall location or Kingwood location's. My guy feeling before driving was to call ahead to Postnet in Summerwood Subdivision Location. This was my 2 Amazing Customer service Experience at Post Net Summerwood Location. Madison answered the phone with a warm & happy voice. She said to bring the package & she would check to make sure their would be no charge to drop off my FedEx Pre label. When i showed up the checked & scanned my Box & Label. Madison stated I was good and there is no charge the label is prepaid already. Went in & had a picture printed within seconds to be frames for our grandparents 57th Wedding Anniversary and service was amazing. Owner and associates were very welcoming and the environment was very welcoming. So many of our family members loved the picture so much that they are requesting to have one made by post net. PostNet's pricing is rather high, but their staff is phenomenal. This is the closest place available for me to drop my post office packages, and every time I visit, I get smiles and hellos from all of the staff. They seem to love their job, which makes me love to visit them. I have had to ship two FedEx shipments through them. I was not happy about the very high rate compared to what I found online, but they were extremely helpful with ensuring the package was properly sealed and well-packed. On one occasion, a staff member helped me tape a box, which a postal employee would never do. These guys are great! read more

I go here regularly to ship things domestically and internationally. The staff is always helpful, cheerful, and friendly. They talk to you when you want to talk and they don't engage in conversation when you're just dropping something off or if you're in a rush. I'm leaving this review for two reasons. One, they have no reviews and deserve some recognition for being great. Two, I'm moving soon and will miss having a place like this close to me. read more

I walked into this place with my wedding invitation ready to print onto standard cardstock. The ladies there then proceeded to tell me that the image needed to be set up for 1 sheet, so it would need to be "print ready" with 2 invitations on one page. However the way I was sent the invitation, only included one large image. They told me because of this, it would print over the entire cardstock page (8 x 11 1/2). As I stood there looking around the store at all of the clear as day resized images, I began wondering what the heck they did here if not optimize images to whatever size you want. It's even advertised on the windows that they make brochures. What am I supposed to do with a 8 x 11 inch wedding invitation?! So I ask them if they can simply resize it to fit in at least an A9 letter. The lady looks at me as if I'm dumb and goes, "we can resize it but it'll cost an extra 30 dollars". An extra 30 dollars JUST to optimize my image into the size I want when that should already be included in print pricing!! When people receive images they're usually LARGE and high quality. It's the job of the printing company to resize that image into whatever the costumer wants, and to cut them accordingly. I was extremely disappointed, so I left. I went down to Office Depot and paid 25 bucks for them to cut and print my invitations. There was no question about whether or not the image was too large. Will never go to Postnet ever again. read more
