Both front and back cameras worked fine prior, it was just an aesthetic thing to change. After the back glass repair was completed (looked fine, no cracks) but a few day later trying to take a selfie photo or back way photo, it would not work, black and glitchy on the back and the front camera won't even recognize. Called Apple for help, now "both front and rear camera sensors are now faulty" - per Apple Diagnostics. So after spending 100+ dollars here, now I'll take it to Apple to spend more money. I brought a laptop for repair. They were not able to immediately give me a price so I left it for a…read morefew days while they researched the price for fix. After a few days they let me know the price which I thought was too high for an older laptop. They offered 20 dollars off via coupon and another discount if I paid cash so I authorized the repair. When I went to pick up the laptop I was told the 20 dollars was to be off a future repair not this one and they knew nothing of a cash discount - about a 40 dollar difference in price from what i was expecting. On the plus side the laptop repair worked.
