My main complain is that some of the office chairs were wobbly so that tells me a lot about their quality. For example, the Staples Hyken Pro chair had its locking mechanism broken so it would not stay in an upright position. I found it to be comfortable but I didn't want to buy something that's not gonna survive daily usage. I did not need to interact with staff but they seem to be friendly. I overheard a customer purchasing a chair and while the salesman was polite and helpful, he kept offering an extended warranty. What I normally do, I go to the store, check the chairs and once I decide on the one I want I buy it online (free shipping).

They also had where if your package was already labeled, you could just scan and drop it off and then leave without having to wait in line. They were helping people both with sending large amounts of items for the best price, and with regular questions. I picked up a large package and they allowed me to use a dolly cart to bring it to my car. They actually loaded it on the car, pushed it for me, and then helped me put the large package in my car and took the dolly back. It was very nice as I was a bit concerned on how easy it would be to transport into my car. While I had troubles with my package process and tracking on FedEx's website, my in person store experience was very good
