The self-service scanner seems to operate on its own unpredictable schedule, and when the drop-off bin is full or mysteriously closed, there are absolutely no signs or guidance on what to do next. The employees? Let's just say customer service doesn't appear to be in their job description. Very helpful people here. I'm off work on FMLA, and my office sent some drawings to be printed so I could stamp and scan back in. They called when they were ready, when I smudged my stamp on one they happily reprinted that one for me. Despite their email system going down, the store manager found a workaround for me to get it printed. I then had them scan everything for an electronic version and put the originals in the mail back to the office. Needless to say it was a large complicated order and they worked with me to complete it as best they could. All in all a great experience. read more

I love the ease of ordering what I need online. I mean from designing to writing business proposals etc and going to pick it up in store and it's ready! I mean the even separate the pages for you with pink sticky notes & box it up for you. It's easy as Sunday Morning lol. The employees are very friendly, very helpful and very attentive. If you have questions they answer them without attitude, and there always smiling. There are some people who don't know how to do it online or was unaware of this service so they'll go inside to their portals and do it in store. The only thing with that is they'll help you but it's sort of hard to delegate all of their attention to one person sitting at the portal when there customers lining up at the register to pick up their order that they placed online. The workers here are extremely rude. I went in today to ship an international package worth $20 weighing less than a pound. I was told it will be $101 for the cheapest route. I am naive to international shipping rates and stated that was much higher than the $30ish I was expecting to which a lady behind the counter who wasn't even helping me incredibly rudely and sarcastically said "for an international shipment; awe how adorable" and blew a kiss as to insult my intelligence. I just turned around and left and received an even more rude "ba bye." I will never go back to this location and likely never to another FedEx location. Update - I went to USPS the next day and sent the package for less than $18. read more

This is not a place for courtesy! The lady at the counter, heavy set, prob Hispanic background is so awfully rude that she replaces the word horrible with disgust. Not only does she not have a professional attitude, she is sarcastic, and is very unfriendly. I'm not sure if FedEx did an actual interview for this person, but it seems like their choice of this employee is very poor. Her customer service skills are at a -10 and it doesn't seem like she wants to work here. I came here just to print some 22x34 draft sheets. Horrible service. Female works (12/22/16 8:50am) here has no hospitality manner at all. I just wanted to scan and email asked her, she guided me to use last PC. I picked basic one paid cc since there was no guideline which ones to pick to scan at all. Minute after I found I needed to pick a higher grade one, she laughed and said I picked a wrong one and said she would give money back..... well that's not a point lady!!!! The point you need to know is how to keep your guest happy and let them come back consistently thus you'll get your regulars as a franchisee.... I wish I have her picture but I won't be that nasty. He got my presentation printed and bound within an hour of when I found out the person bringing the original binders couldn't make the meeting due to a canceled flight. I like FedEx. I have the internet and own a printer, like many people! But for some reason people don't know how to ship their own packages. If you aren't printing your own shipping labels, start! The dilemma of shipping things yourself is that you a few options in terms of getting the package on its way. You can pay to have the company pick it up... but I'm trying to save money, so pass. You can wait til a delivery is made at your house and catch the person. This is tricky, and unfortunately for FedEx you'd have to catch the right delivery guy... Express or Ground, depending on what you are shipping. OR, you can go the easy route and drop it off. Dropping off packages. USPS, take it to a post office and deal with them. Not fun but I do it. UPS, its gonna cost you! There are few places that will hold your package and give it to the driver when he comes for pickup without a fee anymore. And its getting ridiculous, $3+?! Even UPS stores do this, because they are all franchise locations. But Fedex Office stores are all owned by Fedex and gladly accept your packages without a fee. So why ding this store a star? Their printing options are limited. They have to ship out small jobs to the Mason Rd location in Katy. Though, I have to hand it to them, at least you don't have to make the trip over there if you don't want to! Keep it up Fedex, I like you! read more

We needed to make some copies in a hurry and came here after a really crappy experience at OfficeMax on Westheimer Parkway - we called them to ask if they did wide format copying and were told they did, but upon arrival after a 10 mile drive was told they only make wide format prints. The moron working the desk in the "Copy Center" doesn't know the difference between a copy and a print. Anyhoo, we went over to FedEx after calling and being told they have a wide format copier in working order, and were able to make all of our copies quickly and easily. The service was good and we were happy when we left. I have to add though, that after telling my OfficeMax story to the employee at FedEx, she responded by saying, "A copy and a print? My experience was 5 stars at this fedex location on Cinco Ranch Blvd. It's in a small strip center and parking is limited but after you park, they get you in and out quickly. Rachel greeted me immediately, she was friendly and efficient. She took my package, taped it up, scanned it (all with a smile) and I was good to go with my receipt. Now that's what I call "Woohoo! Just stopped by and had to interface with the MOST RUDE little gal. She kept more than 3 customers waiting for more than 5 minutes because she was too busy sorting papers. When asked if she would help, she snapped back and refused to stop what she was doing. She then refused to print on the paper stock I brought in for my wedding menus because she said that my paper weight was too heavy. She said she could only handle 110# but I showed her that my paper was 65#. She then stormed off, rolled her eyes and helped someone else. In my opinion owner should terminate her employment immediately. I would NEVER HAVE an employee with such Terrible judgment and attitude working as the face to the customer. The people in this store lied to me. I told them I had to get a package to someone in Canada overnight when I went there first thingThursday. They said fine, charged me almost $50 for a package with only a small id card in it. Hours later I got the first update saying it would not be delivered until Tuesday the next week, way too late for the person I was sending it to. This will cost that person about a $1000 so I would have flown there had they told me the truth. They will not even refund the money they charged me. They said I should have known that international mail can't be delivered next day. read more
