I caught an employee at the mailbox one day and asked her if she could open our box. After grumbling she was on lunch break she unhappily opened it up. This gets 1 star. My wife went to the mailbox when a delivery person was there, and asked if she could get our mail. He gave it to her, and said he could delivery it to our house if we let him know.
