Everything was going great until a worker made an accusation against me with no evidence. There was a vacant printing machine that I went up to and started using and guy who had been working on a separate table for more than 10 mins with his back turned to the machine said oh I'm not done and I need my receipt. I told him oh it looked vacant, my bad. It had been open for more than 10 mins. He went to a worker and said he needed a receipt and she told me he's not done, did you end his session? I told her I just came up and put in my card since it was open and then she told the customer yeah he ended your session. Lady ignored what I said and made allegation on me out of no where with the guy being pissed off at me. That guy could have ended himself with no receipt or it timed out since not in use over 10 mins. Why do workers accuse customers with no evidence? 5/18/2022 10:30AM Black woman on the floor. Your typical FedEx store. We were greeted as we walked in by the guy who was working at the shipping department, even though he had a long line. After he had finished he walked around the store and asked if anyone needed help with making copies. I had a few items laminated and the cost was very reasonable. They have a workstation in the back should you need to access the internet. It runs 30 cents per min. Great if you have to print a document off of the internet. They also have free wi-fi. I didn't use it so cant comment on how fast it is. Good place to go if you need copies or shipping supplies. read more

It's been more than a month that I visited, but before I forget -- the SERVICE here is outstanding. Krishna is a joy to work with and I hope she gets an ultra-promotion for being so positive with customers. I've rarely seen a customer rep so good at putting others at ease. I had never mailed anything through FedEx (sheltered, I know) and the staff made it painless and easy. They walked me through it and DIDN'T make me feel like a complete idiot. Office is clean but the associates are horrible and rude. First time that I experienced a rude employee in that location, I go there 3 to 4 times a week sometimes twice in a day to send documents via FedEx express. Claudia the rude employee in the counter is not enthusiastic when you ask her about the rates in shipment, I was expecting that she can be professional in dealing with customer inquiries. Now we are thinking to close our account and switch to UPS same rates but with good service. This was a very stressful visit. I was in Wallis and needing a business office to set up for some serious remote work from California. You can image my disappointment with the experience. The wireless internet is at the speed of dial up, seriously. I sat in the work area in the back of the store. Several folks would come through and use the cube with the desktops. I was on a business call at a normal voice level when a rude lady told me to talk lower. She was on the internet shopping and obviously needed her ears checked. I was not overly loud and did not appreciate her rudeness. I was in the cube working from 5pm to 11pm closing. I had issues sending my documents to be printed. After several confirmation of the email address the second service person realized that the email address was wrong AFTER 1 HOUR!!! I sent over the documents to be printed. They were great about confirming everything but the quality of the paper. I discovered at checkout at 10:50pm that it was printed on the highest grade of paper. When I went to check out I was estimating in my mind about $40 to $60. You can image my surprise of a $292 bill. I was speechless. I was tired. After spending 6 hours for 3 hours of work due to the internet speed and printing disaster I just wanted to leave and drive the 45 minutes back to Wallis. read more

Even when things are busy, he keeps a smile on his face and a "how can I help you?" customer focus.
