Today was the first time I was informed I was required to pay $2 to print a return label for Amazon because my email didn't contain a QR code. A ream or 400 pages of paper is $2. Horrible customer service I brought a laptop in to be shipped and needed a box. The brought the box out and layed it flat under the laptop and asked me if I was ok with the condition of the packing. I said, I can't answer that without seeing it packed in the box. They said, no, not necessarily. They proceeded and then wanted me to pay for everything (which was reasonably priced) I then said, I can't approve anything until I see it packed up I wanted to make sure the package was secure. They then told me I was wrong And then proceed to have a confrontation with me. I said, "all I wanted to see was that my package was safe and secure" they then removed the employee and another employee helped me while they packed the box I was happy with the packing of the box The new employee decided to tack on an addition 10 dollars in other fees. I suppose this was "retaliation fees" I don't think I can trust this store anymore. read more

I have been here a couple of times ti drop off packages to be shipped. This time I was here only to take a passport picture. I think I paid $12.95 and it was a fairly quick service. They have an area in the store with a light background where they take the pics. I was in and out in a flash and they printed the pics and put them in a special card for me to take with me. 12/27/22- pulled up to UPS at 5:45pm. As expected line was out the door by 5 people. I was impressed at how fast the line moved with 3-4 employees hustling behind the counter and an additional one at a separate counter taking customers who were just dropping off. While he could have been more friendly he was efficient and helped the process go smoothly. I highly recommend this location. read more

Of course, with my obsession with Prime, I often find myself visiting the UPS store to return merchandise. They are always fully staffed and quick to serve. They also offer stamps for sale and are friendly with their service. They are closed on Sundays, so you have to be mindful of when you want to go. read more

There is plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly and quick to help you. So far so good I was in and out that store before you can said UPS. Ever have one of those moments where you swear to God one of your friends is a notary and then you find out their notary expired? Well this is what brought me to the UPS store. I originally wanted to go to a different business but after calling them and no notary was on site I called this location and they picked up the phone, they were friendly and they said a notary would be on site all day today. I scooped up the to-be-notarized documents, witnesses to sign and off we went. I walked up to the counter told them I was there for the notary they called the notary from the back area office and she came out with her stamp and book and began to review the documents, checked IDs of all people signing the document and it was six dollars for the notary +1 dollar each additional witness signature. No tax. Eight dollars and a few minutes later everything was complete. There was hand sanitizer and everybody was wearing a mask. Professional, efficient and great price. I will return and I highly recommend. read more

If I could give it a zero, I would. White old lady was rude and charged me for colored copies when my copies were black and white. Apparently because THEY printed it out of a color printer they were charging me for color. I pointed out the pages had no color, I wasn't going to pay for color. She responded with "Oh Well." It's really unfortunate that employee's actions and decisions make customers like myself never want to do business with companies like the UPS store ! I have a small business that requires lots of shipping from USPS and other times UPS . I have been going to this location for months now and have been dropping off boxes to be shipped out with no issues . Now Carol Bolín the manager tells me she will no longer be accepting my packages because she makes no money of of me . With no Previous notice , nothing ! Wow , that is great customer service ! On top of that she stated that she would be charging me a accepting fees on any boxes I drop off pre-label ? Has anyone ever heard of such a thing ? I asked her to provide me a list of the charges the UPS store has decided to charge and she said they didn't have anything in writing . How is this okay ? She can just make up charges from thin air ? We were moving, so I needed a mail box till we got moved into our new house and we could start receiving mail there. I went in to the Morton Ranch Rd one, Thinking this is going to be a mess getting one. But I was waited on by a young women named McKenna, she was so helpful, it didn't hurt at all, I was in and out in no time, She explained how everything worked took me and showed me how to get in after hours. SHE IS REALLY GREAT!! A total asset to this company, After we got moved in and didn't need the box anymore, We closed the box. If I could have thought of a good reason to keep it open, I would have kept it open just because of McKenna, She has been such a big help thru our move, Not just the box but faxing papers too. I've been using this Ups store for over 1 year and never really had a problem. Today I bring in some clothes that I was trying to ship. Which I've been doing with ups big bag. And this lady with short grey hair unfortunately didn't get her name but seems like she was the manager. Immediately said with a attitude I don't have no bag that will ship your stuff. Instead of saying sorry but you have to many items to be able to ship in one of our bags let me recommend a box. But some people don't have customer service skills. So me as a customer I told her I didn't want to buy no expensive box. Again she said I don't have no bag. So I said well how much is a box. Idk if she didn't hear but she said again I don't have no bag. So said in a louder tone how much is a box. She went and checked took like 5 mins it seemed to give me a price it was almost 7 dollars. So I said no I will go buy a box. With attitude again she says well make sure you get tape. Every time I've been to this place they tape up boxes. But if there's something that changed new management they just need to politely tell a customer not just rudely say I need to get tape like I'm stealing her personal tape. Lol people are something else. Ups needs to train their associates on customer service. So I leave and when I come back I hear two employees talking about a customer that sells on Poshmark saying she is always doing something wrong so next time is she don't do what they say they will not accept her package. Come on real loud where all customers could hear. Seriously y'all work for ups your job is to accept box. Get the package and keep it going why make it difficult for customer to ship their items. After all this simple miscommunication that could of been dealt with proper customer service ups will not get no more packages from me. So I've been coming for about a month. I tutor kids, so I come in for prints. It can be anywhere from 25-40 pages. My last 2 visits many of my sheets were duplicates. I called the first time and the owner was very rude. The second time, I went in to show the duplicates. Again, the owner was very rude saying "I don't know why we're still counting the sheets" It's safe to say she doesn't want my business. Oh, and they have a new policy of a $1.00 print fee. No biggie but unusual because it was just mentioned the last visit. I asked if this was a new policy, the gentleman indicated yes. I can only say one of the owners has been rude. I come to this store all the time, usually mornings as I've learned this particular store stays busy and Crystal is really good with getting through crowds and Lauren whose helped me as well is very sweet and a great conversationalist. I was in a few days ago,Crystal and a slender white women I dont know her name but based off the way they answer to her im assuming has some authority, and another girl were working. I was a little disappointed, not in the service but some events I witnesses. Crystal was helping me a man came into the store without a mask , she asked him if he had one and he began spewing nonsense about who his father was etc. The other girl also asked if he had a mask because she would be helping him. The slender women was helping a customer but from what I could see wasn't interested in what was going on around her. Crystal asked him three times to grab a mask or they couldn't help him and he ended up asking her for for a mask. She asked the older lady if they had any to spare she gave her a look of annoyance and went after a few minutes gave him one. My issue is this man intimadated the workers to get what he wanted while potentially exposing us all to covid. I have a pleasant experience everytime go i really enjoy the morning crew as they are nice and crystal is informative however, I just dont understand why the store doesn't see fit to enforce mask rules and if management is going to allow their customers to be exposed I'm not to sure I wanna continue coming there. This isn't the first time I've seen people ignore mask regulations at this store. So I just want to make management aware that your employees and customers shouldn't have to be around people without mask. It is Harris County mandated. I dont want to give bad stars because I really like how smoothly the morning crew runs. I've came in the afternoons and its busy as well but they aren't as welcoming and take longer to give service.
