I scheduled my appointment online over 12 hours in advance and to arrive and find out that the notary would not show up until 1 hour 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Why have an online appointment schedule if it will not be honored. Extremely unprofessional. They mentioned that the online system was not notifying the notary however that is not an issue or error that the customer has to mitigate. There was another elderly couple who came in for notary around the same time as well and they called ahead and were told 9:30 am. They mentioned how hard it was for them to get around so this was extremely inconvenient for them.

It was easier than making the trek to the local UPS facility. They are agents for UPS, as well as FedEx & DHL. Give them the package to mail and they'll tell you how it will cost to send by each service. Never realized there could be that much difference on some of the packages. I don't use the package service near as much these days. The nieces and nephews are older and they much prefer Jacksons, which are always the right color and size, The another serious advantage is that there is a notary on site. I've used him for several legal documents. I have no complaints about the service and I keep going back.
