Both Rob Schmidt, the owner of the business, as well as Luz Lekrik, the Store Manager have been WELL informed of the problem and made the baffling decision to tarnish their store's reputation rather than fixing a simple problem. I even showed them how simple the solution would be, but they remain silent. Ordinarily, someone in my position would be quick to fire off one of those 1 star angry reviews we all see all the time and roll our eyes, but I will have to give them a little credit. The main piece of art that was received was very well packed, so I'll give them 3 stars for that, but the loss of the critical component, combined with their complete and utter lack of communication when the tiniest bit of trouble showed up earns them the loss of 2 stars.

It was easier than making the trek to the local UPS facility. They are agents for UPS, as well as FedEx & DHL. Give them the package to mail and they'll tell you how it will cost to send by each service. Never realized there could be that much difference on some of the packages. I don't use the package service near as much these days. The nieces and nephews are older and they much prefer Jacksons, which are always the right color and size, The another serious advantage is that there is a notary on site. I've used him for several legal documents. I have no complaints about the service and I keep going back.

That is until I run out of supplies that I saved up from receiving packages in. I usually don't run out. Someone throws away my boxes, bubbles, etc. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money buying boxes , and packing so someone turned me on to this place. You can show up with just the item itself and they will box it up, fill it with packing material and send it off with FedEX or UPS. Since most of my visits are work related I do show up with things all taped up and ready, I just come here because they make it easier than dealing with UPS odd customer hours at the local main branch. I see they do titles, notary and such. All the folks there are extremely friendly . Also they take distancing seriously. No worries here.
