I scheduled an appointment online for notary services at this location. My appointment was for 9am and I arrived at 8:55 am only to be told by the attendant that the worker doing notary services would not be in until 9:30 am. I waited in my car for about 20 minutes and saw another attendant walk in who I thought was the worker doing notary services. I went back inside and that worker informed me that actually the notary would not be in until 10:45 am. I am extremely upset with this. I scheduled my appointment online over 12 hours in advance and to arrive and find out that the notary would not show up until 1 hour 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Why have an online appointment schedule if it will not be honored. Extremely unprofessional. They mentioned that the online system was not notifying the notary however that is not an issue or error that the customer has to mitigate. There was another elderly couple who came in for notary around the same time as well and they called ahead and were told 9:30 am. They mentioned how hard it was for them to get around so this was extremely inconvenient for them. read more

Needed to pack and ship an item to Covington so went to this location as it was the only one open close by on a Sunday. The guy behind the counter was nice but feel like he might need training. He was going to charge me over $200 to pack and ship a box that's only going 40 miles away. That seemed excessive to me so went to a FedEx and they charged me $60 to pack and ship the same items. read more

Love shipping from this location. Always kindly greeted and I'm able to get in and out quickly. Some shipping locations charge money just to drop off a prepaid package. They do not. They always offer a printed tracking slip even when I'm not paying them anything to drop a package. Highly recommend. read more

Eileen was right - the fleur de lis and other crafty items are made by an older gentleman's wife. He is an employee there. While everyone who works here seems pleasant, they are VERY SLOW. Be prepared to wait in line, and then wait even longer for the employee to complete the task. Perhaps this is due to the fact that everyone who works there seems to be grey-haired, but they move at a retiree's lazy Sunday afternoon pace. There is nothing wrong with that, but unfortunately I do not have all the time in the world to get things done. After finally finding this store ( was actually looking for a US Post Office) to mail an oversize envelope, I expected the postage to be something like a couple of bucks. Was surprised to learn that UPS charged me $6.00 with like, 5 day delivery. The USPS is cheaper ... IF you can find a post office! read more

The older man that works there is very nosy. I've been in that location a few times and he always asks... what's in the box? Really, it's none of his business. Worst place ever. Asked for some tape for the box (small) on the phone I was shipping. Told me he would charge me 2.50 for them to tape it or I could buy a roll of tape. You'll get quoted one price online then it'll be totally different in the store. Take the time to finish your labels online so you don't get ripped off in the store. USPS is much cheaper as well. read more

Thankful for Nicola L.'s previous post to confirm that I am not crazy! I have been maybe 2 or 3 times to this location. Two of those times, I was there to drop off already-paid-for and already-labeled packages that were simply too large for the UPS drop boxes, and both times the guy behind the counter has nosily asked what's in the box. I was taken aback the first time and stammered the answer, but then I was very annoyed thinking about it afterwards on my ride home. This most recent time, I responded "something I need to ship" and he once again demanded to know what was in the box, acting like he would not accept the package until I finally told him! There is ABSOLUTELY no reason for him to ask this, nor do I believe we the customers have any legal requirement to respond. What if it were something personal that you didn't want to state in front of the entire store, muchless having this nosy counter guy know? It almost makes me want to go again to drop something off, just so I can tell this guy it's full of butt plugs or something to make HIM uncomfortable when he inevitably demands to know. And this guy can't defend his actions by saying it has anything to do with safety or threats of dangerous packages or anything like that, because what about the drop boxes around town? What about if you call the UPS truck to come pick up your package from you directly? They don't get info on the contents then, so why here? I can assure you, I will not be using this store again. UPS should definitely review this store's franchise because there is no way this guy can be good for the company image. read more

Every year or so I give this store another try, as it's right by my house, but I always leave upset or disappointed. I will drive right by them to go to Office Depot, the Post Office, or the UPS regional location off Central. It's worth the extra drive. Besides being slow, they have not shipped something because of the address or how it's package, then I go to the UPS office and they take it with no problem. I gave them another try today just because I was in a rush, cost me $17 to ship a $12 present. I could have gone to the Post Office and got a flat rate box for half the cost!
