Both Rob Schmidt, the owner of the business, as well as Luz Lekrik, the Store Manager have been WELL informed of the problem and made the baffling decision to tarnish their store's reputation rather than fixing a simple problem. I even showed them how simple the solution would be, but they remain silent. Ordinarily, someone in my position would be quick to fire off one of those 1 star angry reviews we all see all the time and roll our eyes, but I will have to give them a little credit. The main piece of art that was received was very well packed, so I'll give them 3 stars for that, but the loss of the critical component, combined with their complete and utter lack of communication when the tiniest bit of trouble showed up earns them the loss of 2 stars.

I appreciate the fact that they have signs informing everyone they have to wear a mask and social distance. They also make shopping convenient by having all the COVID-19 supplies as soon as you walk in, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, masks etc. Every time I come in they are friendly and greet me and help me find just what I'm looking for! I signed up for their free frequent customer thingy and they look me up by my phone number. It's great bc I get coupons, yes I know I'm an old lady using coupons but it's a pandemic, Gotta be smart with my money! Haha :) Even when you check out they have tape on the floor to show you how far away to stand, they have plexiglass between you and the cashier and all the employees wear masks! They also have convenient short term parking in front of the store! Happy office supply shopping!
