Most of my visits are for Amazon returns, which never take more than a moment or two to process. Service is hit or miss, never bad, but not always the most pleasant. They are helpful and for the most part friendly. Parking can be a bit tough as the spaces in front of the store front are limited, and the entry to the main road it mere feet from the front door, making for a tough time when people are whipping in and out. So the UPS Store has "no idea" when their OWN TRUCK normally delivers? I felt like they were being lazy and uninterested in helping their customers. They could have told me to "come back right before closing" and I would have been fine with that. Or they could even have told me to come back tomorrow. But to leave the customer in suspense by saying "we have no idea" about the customers package is simply unacceptable. Hopefully they get a clue about proper customer service.
