I had a very unorganized and stressful experience with this broker…read more I first contacted Melanie on March 3rd to schedule vehicle transport for a specific pickup date of March 18th for our cross-country move. On March 8th, I followed up asking for a pickup time and was told it was too early for an exact time, but she assured me multiple times that my vehicles would absolutely be picked up on March 18th. By March 16th, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. That's when she suddenly claimed that no one was transporting vehicles from Tennessee to California due to gas being "$9/gallon" in California, which is completely inaccurate. Meanwhile, my husband had already found multiple available drivers using the same systems brokers use. It became clear during that call that no carrier had actually been secured and she had dropped the ball. The best alternative she offered was a pickup on March 23rd--after we had already moved out of state. This caused significant disruption and forced us to incur additional out-of-pocket costs, including: * $350 for transportation from the airport to our new home because we had no vehicles * $100 to hire someone to meet the driver at our previous residence and release the cars * Additional Uber expenses while waiting for our vehicles I also repeatedly requested proof of insurance for the carrier and/or any broker coverage, and she refused to provide documentation, instead telling me I would need to "trust her." Additionally, the signed agreement listed the carrier fee as $2,100, but I was ultimately charged $2,800, which is a significant overcharge beyond what was agreed. Her broker fee alone was $450, and due to her lack of organization, my additional costs exceeded that amount--which is unacceptable. Overall, this was a very unprofessional, disorganized, and unreliable experience that resulted in avoidable expenses and unnecessary stress. I would not recommend using this broker, especially for any time-sensitive move.

They have a TV playing for while you wait and there are snacks available to purchase . You can also buy soap or fabric softener, etc . Definitely not your old laundromat !! I highly recommend!

They did a quick walk-thru of the space with us, where we identified which items were going where (we had to stop at a storage unit before the home we were moving into). After that, they packaged all of our items with care, and safely loaded everything onto the truck! It took around four hours to complete our move, and at around $800 total, it was well worth the price. The two Roberts were friendly, professional, and fast while still moving larger pieces carefully. Thank you to Mixi, Job, Austin, Ana, Didumo, and Eric- each member of their staff has played an integral role in keeping my business going. From helping me send off my music for Grammy consideration, assisting me creating the perfect vertical banner for my children's book, to kindly dealing with all my last minute print orders. When my mom passed away, Eric and the staff had a sympathy card included with my order when I got back into town.
