I took everything to the cashier and she rang up the shipping and box. I was fully prepared to box it myself but she sent me on my way saying that she would do it all. I just learned today that FedEx relocated from Farwell/Brady to the new location on Prospect near North Ave. It seems some of the employees at this new location are still in training, but they were so patient and helpful in helping me to print multiple projects on different types of paper. It's a smaller location, but still gets the job done! I recommend if you have a larger project to submit it for printing days before you need it. The employee was kind enough to let me know there is a fee for same-day printing for large projects (even though I didn't need it today). read more

So hit or miss, but I won't be going back. They were so helpful and did a great job in printing my wedding invites. But since going back it seems like they are always understaffed and I stand around waiting. Went in for a large color printing job. A woman wanting a large scale job that would break copyright law came in after me. The newbie on shift understandable could not help her. So the employee helping me came over. Well, that turned into helping her for 10 minutes and occasionally coming over to apologize to me and asking me to wait. I was there first, SHE should have been asked to wait. Not impressed and I hate to say it, but once I get bad service, I never go back and share my story. read more

Easy experience here for me... just needed to make a few copies for a work project, and be on my way. I like this location off of Brady/Farwell. Plenty of parking in the back, so don't worry about that. But it was super easy for me to print - - I just went to one of the self-serve printers. Inserted my credit card, inserted my USB flash drive, followed to prompts to find my document to print, and a few short minutes later my project was complete. Relatively inexpensive, I think I only paid 10c/page for b/w prints. Quick little walk to the kiosk to print out my receipt, and I was on my way. For some reason the fax machines here don't read Chase cards, they always give an error message. This seems ridiculous given the size or Chase and how many people use them but the employees here are usually pretty helpful. One guy was particularly helpful one night when the fax machine was being problematic, even though it was close to closing time. read more

Do you have some thing that needs to be shipped via FedEx? This would be a good place to do it, Need copies? They provide them, both self-serve and done for you. They even have a somewhat overpriced computer lab. Some stations are even complete with PhotoShop and other such applications. The only real problem I have with this place is that the self-serve stuff (copies, fax, computer time), are all paid for with these prepaid cards. So you are likely to end up with a card (or cards) with extra money that you may never use, but have paid to them already. read more

Verrry slow, poor kid working the shipping counter seemed so overwhelmed- but no other employees even bothered to try to help him. Was there for 20 minutes with only 2 other customers in the store. This location has a reputation for being bad, but I was desperate. Also- $4 for ONE piece of packing paper?! I understand that is corporate policy, but yikes. read more

Super disappointing...a new employee with a sour attitude didn't want to reprint my file when I mentioned it did not print/look correct. I had to tell the worker how to reprint my document correctly by selecting one different print option. The worker added this would now be an extra $5 dollar charge. What a joke! I went here to print a friend's wedding invitations using 100 lb cardstock. I know that's thicker than most paper usually used but I went in a week before to print out a sample just to make sure it was okay and it was. Both the employees and I knew that something could go wrong because of how thick the paper was so I included all my extra paper, 22 sheets, in case they needed more. Later I get a call saying that they were not able to print out my full order AND they had used up all my extra paper. Not only did I have to order more paper, I had to go in a THIRD time to complete my printing. And that paper was expensive $9 + $5 shipping for 30 sheets! I had told them that I was not in any rush to get this print job done and that they had until the end of the week to finish it. I know it would have taken longer but if they had just taken the time to gently feed the paper through, we would not have had this problem and I would not be a week behind on sending out wedding invites. read more

I explained the situation to Madeline, the assistant manager, and she scanned my pamphlet, modified it, printed it, and had me put the door in 10 minutes. She went above and beyond. I've been using this location for most of my printing needs since it was still Kinko's. It used to be open 24hrs; that was really convenient for my busy schedule. Anyhoo, regardless to the fact that the name has changed again & I'm not quite sure what it's called these days, the service has mostly been pleasant, quick and professional. Whenever I think of "copy centers" my mind immediately goes to the silly skit from Chapelle's Show about the fictional place called "PopCopy" where they treat their customers like dirt just because they can. I can gladly say that I've never experienced a level of customer service that low at this location, but that skit is so hilarious it comes to mind whenever I have to do some work here. I love that you can send projects to be printed through their website & pick them up at your convenience. Also , their self-service stations make getting in & out for basic copying/scanning etc. a breeze. read more
