This is particularly important because of identity fraud and security. We worked with both of the notaries and they were both patient with doing the paperwork accurately each time. We're very lucky to have this service available. This location is disable accessible with a ramp available on the eastern side of the building. I have been troubleshooting and repairing vintage audio for 40 years now. I picked up the box and noticed a slight rattle inside but the place was busy and very small so I took it home to investigate. Glad I did as it became obvious that someone lifted the turntable by the platter severely damaging it during packing. They tried to hide this expecting to be able to blame it on UPS shipping. I have concern for my customers and for my reputation. This could have been VERY bad for me but they let it go out the door. To add insult to injury they claim I damaged it (after careful restoration) by taking it out of the box. This is not about the measly $35 spent, its about lying and not taking responsibility for your actions by blaming me. I would avoid this place if you have any delicate items to ship.
