Where to begin! AI has taken over FedEx and they have no idea where the packages they are responsible for delivering are. We were shipped a package that unbeknowst to us required signautre. Two attempts to receive the package were made, NO DOOR TAG was left indicating an attempt for delivery NOR an option to provide a signature in lieu of being present. Then, email notifications told us it was coming on Saturday. Then again on Sunday. Then again on Monday. But guess what??? NO ATTEMPT WAS EVER MADE. The Ring camera doesn't lie and no attempt was made. Even after I filed a "Claim" , I had to call them back 24 hours later only to be told that my package was returned to sender since they allegedly made 5 attempts. I wonder where my package actually is at this point... Then, the real kicker with their service, is we cannot register for Delivery Manager because our business email has a hyphen in it... cause that is the way our website is listed. Unbelievable that FedEx has this rule with registering emails - it sure makes it tough for small business. FedEx - get back to the business of people delivering packages to people. If a package requires to be signed it needs to be within those time frames. Tried calling customer service and was not able to get past the automated BS. JUST SO OVER YALL. They claimed they attempted delivery 3x despite video proof they never came by. This location is so poorly managed you are guaranteed to have issues which is why I avoid FEDEX if it goes through Austell. 60% of the time your package will be late or damaged, 30% of the time they'll claim they delivered it or lost it, 10% of the time you won't have issues. Amazing that the last I tried them was 5 years ago & had significant issues only to have significant issues 5yrs later when I tried them again. Ordered cupcakes from Goldbelly. FedEx was the carrier. This hub location updated the tracking as "delayed due to business being closed." First, the delivery address is residential... Second, there isn't a requirement that someone signs for the package. And lastly, I was waiting up until they updated the tracking with "delayed." No one attempted to deliver the package. Garbage tier service! Very disappointed in FedEx and will be unlikely to order from Goldbelly in the future knowing that FedEx is their carrier vendor. EXTREMELY disappointed. package tracking was slow as hell, but finally got to the Ellenwood location October 3rd and status said, "out for delivery"...I waited and waited and waited days, no delivery, left out of town on October 14th, tracking status still showed "out for delivery" from 10/3 no update. After complaining and having my credit card company reverse my charge for not receiving merchandise, I got an email on October 11 from Champs Sports saying that they couldn't find my merchandise either with the tracking number FED EX provided and they are still looking into it. I get back from vacation on 10/20, then I get an email from my credit card company saying they are going to charge me because FED EX updated the tracking (WHEN!!!) SAYING THEY DELIVERED PACKAGE ON OCTOBER 7TH! I'm like where the fuck did they deliver it to wasn't to my house! This is ridiculous. They keep updating the tracking as if its on the truck or changing locations, when in fact it's not moving at all. Called customer service twice, with no results... The vendor I used has acknowledged --- they will not use FEDEX anymore... I ordered a pair of shoes on october 10th and my expected delivery date was october 12th, on the 12th i got a notification that my package was "potentially delayed" until the 14th and I didn't think anything of it. They were never delivered and I was going to drive an hour to fedex today to try and pick them up myself, but I looked at the app and it said they were in transit and would be delivered by the end of day. Once again, they were not delivered and the app says "potential delay, no scheduled delivery date at this time". I called customer service and they really didn't have an answer for me. The delivery driver stated that the driver attempted to deliver my package today at 12:51pm which is a LIE! I was home ALL day and I have 2 small dogs that always bark when someone is at the door. There was no note or door tag or anything---NONE!!! Had to call the company where I ordered and made complaint after I called and argued with 3 different FedEx representatives and they said they were going to send message to the driver to deliver the package by the end of the day so driver choose not to and was sent back to the FedEx location until tomorrow. If the package don't deliver tomorrow then there will be BBB involved.
