This town is called morrow and typical stuff is all around here, outlet stores gas station. Not a lot of hobos which is good since my backpack is strapped to my Motorcycle. I was extremely disappointed with the way my 82-year-old mother was treated. She politely asked the employee to give her a moment to decide what she wanted to order. Instead of showing a little patience and understanding, the employee responded, "We are busy and have other customers." That response was rude, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. My mother is an elderly woman and deserved the same patience, courtesy, and respect as every other paying customer. Being busy is never an excuse to make an elderly customer feel rushed or unwelcome. Customer service matters, and so does how you treat people--especially our seniors. Management seriously needs to address how employees speak to and treat customers. I was beyond disappointed and angry with the way my mother was treated.
