Came in to ship a package and waited for over 5 minutes for an employee to notice I was waiting, then made my way toward the back to ask if anyone was working out front just as the store manager came out. Then, the store manager couldn't complete the transaction correctly. I finally left it with misspelled names and an incorrect phone number. At least the ship-to address was correct, so the package will get there. And it was inexpensive compared to USPS. read more

This store leaves much to be desired in terms of operations and basic customer service. Signage at all the point of sale counters clearly state that the store accepts both Google Pay and Apple Pay as forms of payment. However, if you try to pay via one of those options the associates will refuse and tell you they can't accept it because "(their) store won't make any money off the transaction." If you insist and pay that way, they'll treat you like crap. Had this experience with several associates and even a member of management. If it wasn't the only game in town, I'd never do business here. read more

I needed to scan multiple pages (12) into a PDF document and email it to someone, but I only have a flat bed scanner and don't have the right software at home. So I go to Kinko's thinking that of course they'll have the right scanner for my needs. They do, kind of. It turns out they have a scanner in the back that can do that, but they will only put it onto a USB thumb or hard drive for you. They won't email it to you or anyone else and the cost is $0.89 per page. I didn't have a USB drive with me so I opted to pay $2 per page to fax the documents. After I got my confirmation page, receipt and left the person I sent it to told me that only the cover and first page were sent (out of the 12 pages I needed faxed). I returned later the same day for a refund and they didn't hesitate to help me, but I will warn you, it looked pretty complicated on their end and took a while. All in all I got my needs taken care of, but it took 2 trips. I don't think I'll be using their fax service ever again. $2 per page for a fax (super old technology) is pretty ridiculous. Also, it would be nice if their multi-page scanner was available for self service use. read more

FedEx - five stars This is a great little FedEx. First off I am impressed with how professional and helpful the employees are. If you ask them to do something they will do it right the first time without problems. They are very good at professional printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and just about everything to do with a printer. This store is especially great for businesses dealing with sensitive documentation. read more

I love FedEx! They are always on time and they are so helpful and you can always expect them to communicate with you! BUT! TODAY! I got a box delivered and I saw the van pull up so I watched the lady walk up to my house, then she threw my box abut 5 feet from the door. Whhaaattt the heck! Then bandages on the door like a dragon landing on it! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T THROW MY BOXES! What if something broke!? I wouldn't do that if I worked for them, people pay good money for their stuff. read more

I have lived in this area for 3 years now, and have been to FedEx Pullman and FedEx Moscow several times. I am finally FedUp with FedEx, given how poorly I am treated by the majority of the employees. It is rare that I complain about customer service, as I have worked customer service for years now, and have tons of empathy for others who work customer service. I understand working can be stressful, or perhaps management is very negative and grumpy. I can't possibly know what goes on behind the scenes, however each time I walk into FedEx it is as though the employees are already annoyed that I am there. I tend to have questions, as I want to know the best way to send packages internationally, but with each question the employees grow more frustrated with me. They are regularly very rude and snappy. If you are looking for reliable delivery, FedEx is indeed reliable. If you want to be respected and treated with patience and friendliness in the process, however, I strongly recommend another business. I went to UPS directly after and was warmly welcomed and guided. A drastic difference for the better. read more

Every time I come into the FedEx office in Moscow, the store manager (the woman) is always unfriendly and rude. Which is unfortunate because all of the other workers there seem to be happy and a pleasure to be around. Okay, I'm no genius when it comes to packing and shipping, but when I take an item to be shipped I expect the associates working to be... or at least to be able to help me. I went in to fedex with a simple task: box up and ship 5 separate items. There were 3 sales associates working and about 5 other customers who I also noticed were wandering helplessly. When I tried to explain to the man that I needed to find boxes that fit my items and to send them he looked at me blankly... *Do I need to spell it out for you? help me *... he suggested I let him box them and it would be about $4 a box. "No thanks," I said "Can't I get 5 of those 8x8 boxes for $1.87 each to pack with?".. the man hands them to me, along with one packing slip. "Umm I need five packing slips." Blank stare again.. okay... got the boxes and the packing slips and he walks away. Now what the heck do I do? A little direction here!!! During my ordeal I also noticed a man behind me in line waiting.. One sales associate behind the counter says, "What are you looking to do sir?" The man says "Some printing..." Then the sales associate just nods his head and says, "Cool." Doesn't even help the guy! No joke, I left the boxes and walked right out the door. I went to UPS where the sales associate helped me out through the entire process, was friendly and engaging, and actually worked to get me the best deal. So if you know how to do it all yourself, feel free to go to FedEx and maybe you can teach the employees while you're at it. But if you value customer service like I do, I suggest you go straight to UPS and don't waste your time with FedEx. read more
