Which is the exact grift they did on my last visit here when trying to return items to Amazon. Paid $36 for two boxes! For this item, I went down the road to Staples and they accepted it with no issues and were super friendly. This UPS store GRIFTS- no other store like this one in the NW since they like to claim all UPS stores operate like this. It's only them.

I'd heard the change in tone from, "we're really glad to called with that big job" to, "we don't know when well be able to get to your small, tiny, microscopic job" in the past. Not so with Ryan at Printcraft Printing. He was glad I called, became engaged (and actually cared) about my project and how important it was to me that it be done right. He made suggestions as to how to make it better. He delivered it ahead of schedule. Of course, I gave it to him late and he still delivered it ahead of schedule.
