This is a good store for my shipment drop offs. I'm never here long, but everyone has been friendly. Definitely friendlier than any Post Office or UPS Store I've been to. I've looked for shipping materials in this store and they really don't have a selection of anything unique or even a value enough to come in for. I only use Fedex when the price is right for my shipment. I use USPS and UPS a lot more. As for actual shipments I try to avoid Fedex if I can because in my experience the drivers damage boxes more than the other two carriers. However I find that shipping out of this location has been flawless thus far. read more

We needed to return a piece of art to a company we purchased from and went in to be greeted by Bryan. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable professional. The store was very clean and well organized. He greeted each customer who arrived and was genuinely happy to see them . This told me there is return customers. I watched as he explained scanning to a customer and helped her greatly. He helped secure our art work and printed the label for us. We were very satisfied and will return. read more

The women with short grey hair and purple glasses has zero people skills. She yells when age talks, is argumentative, and offers zero help/knowledge. She should not be in customer service. In a panic to get a postmark on Thursday! Arrived in Oldsmar just a few minutes before the 6:00pm "last call" and there it was, a mountain of packages littering the counters. Thursday must be critical mass for postmarks. I braced myself for a trip to the airport USPO before their 8:00pm deadline. But soon the counters cleared and it was my turn. Lovely lady who tolerated my check, recheck, check again to make sure the address was correct made it all happen! There it was, top right on the label in a minuscule font, ship date 9/22/22. New to the area, needed to return some items yesterday, and the agent here was condescending and rude. Don't know if it was because it was morning or she didn't want to be there. I asked to use my company discount and i know she didn't give it. She became annoyed because I asked her if she was sure that was the correct price. I was sending gifts to my sister, or maybe she got annoyed because my gifts were going to PR. Either way, I wasnt nasty, I paid the charge but I will never go back. This location is right next to tge Hampton hotel. Slightly smaller compared to other locations I have been to. So I walked in and meet Cathy, who helped me with printing some items. Such a genuinely sweet and nice person. She was patient, engaging, friendly and helpful. Too bad this isn't her stationary location but will definitely recommend this location based on my experience with her. read more

For a large company, this fed ex location seemed like a local shop! The customer service from Nancy was amazing. I went to her before closing so she promised to have the job done first thing in the morning. She came through even though she ended up being off the next day. She could've easily forgotten about my request but she made sure it was done. All the staff at that location were so cool too. read more

Gary and Ryan when I can in said hello immediately and where very helpful for the entire transaction. Nancy however: when I came in I had a very heavy big box and I was by myself. Gary and Ryan where helping a customer (and still managed to say hello) Gary was in training and I went to Nancy who was not with anyone I wasn't recognized she did not look at me I stood there for a good 5 minutes before asking her if I could set my box on the counter, she paused and said that I could then walked away from me. Then she came back picked up the telephone and made a call - I was still standing there waiting. She never said a word. After Gary and Ryan where finished with their customer I asked them if I could go to them and they (a little confused) waved me over. After that the rest of the process was easy. I noticed that Ryan was a manager. I'm grading this store three stars because Nancy, Ryan can run that shit by himself - but he now has Gary. Your unfriendly, unhelpful and job shirking self should go home and stay there. read more

This fedex store is pretty darn good. The staff is always polite....I drop packages off here a few times per week and they are always friendly. I wish they would have a slightly better front door set up because carrying late parcels into the location can be a bit difficult when your fumbling to open the awkward doors... Other than that, this place is solid and the services they offer are great. They have many different pickups so your express packages will get rolling without waiting till the next day!! read more
