At first I was hesitant to use them only due to their hours. I work full time, and wasn't sure I would be able to make it. Even though I ultimately made it in, I learned that they accommodate some of their customers by a lock box they have after-hours. Pay ahead of time, and pick up at your convenience. Also, they close at 4pm on Friday's, so I think the hours listed on Google are slightly incorrect. The next time I need high quality printing, and (the dwindling art of) customer service I will absolutely be back.

I ordered it two days before the OH on a Thursday and he said it would be ready on Friday. Well, Friday came around and I was so busy getting the house prepared for the OH that I completely forgot about the flyers and missed John's three email reminders. At 1:30am I shot up in bed when I suddenly remembered the flyers, and they were closer on the weekend. To my utter surprise and delight, his last email said "I know you wanted this for today and we are closing, so I will leave them in my mailbox for you to pick up before the OH" and I hadn't even paid for the job yet! What a lifesaver! Eternally grateful for his kindness and consideration and trust. And the flyers were gorgeous! I'm a customer for life.

I expressed to the owner, Jeff, that I was presented with a kids' MTB event and needed signs yesterday. He promised to work on it quickly if we had the artwork. (we did but it was created on Microsoft OS vs IOS which I seasier for him and his team to work with) He viewed the file and stated he could have the banner ready for me next day by noon. We were called 5min to closing time and he stated he would leave the banner in back of the shop and not to worry that the neighborhood was very safe. We drove for an hour from our location and picked up the banner. (paid upfront) This is not normal method I like to do business, however, considering the time crunch it was what we had to work with and Jeff pulled through for us. The event went great, the banner looked good too and we will definitely be coming back to Jeff for more of our printing needs even if he is 1hr away from us.
