Interesting staff, reminds me of that Dave Chapelle skit Pop Copy when he had a show on Comedy Central. I can't say the people were rude... but really no personality at all. How about hiring some staff!! We went to Office Depot yesterday because they have the closest FedEx to me. When we walked up to the desk in back there were two people already waiting and no one in sight. After 5 minutes I rang the bell for service and a long time employee appeared. She explained she was getting a desk for a customer. Another customer ahead of me dang! Two more customers showed up. When the employee resurfaced she had a dolly with a desk on it. SHE had to take it to the register and then to the customer's vehicle. When she came back, she went to help the Customer in front of me. When she finished with him, she had someone else ahead of me, but said I could put the label on my envelope. We did as she instructed. She came back and said there was somebody else ahead of me and said, "I can take this, but I won't be able to give you a receipt right away someone else is ahead of you.You'll have to wait for the receipt." I didn't have time to wait, I had been waiting for at least 30 minutes. So I have no proof I sent my envelope. I had an older woman in my car with the air on because I was taking her shopping and I didn't want to stay in the store any longer. When we asked to speak to the manager as we were leaving, we were told the person wasn't scheduled to be on yet. Office Depot, if you can't afford to service your customers you need to close your doors. I will try never to need Office Depot again. Everybody was griping and complaining and saying the same thing. That whole store had only two employees working that day, both were women. As far as I'm concerned, that is a very dangerous situation. Understand I am not complaining about the employees. The longtime employee that we were working with we've used before and she is very good. There is only so much one person can do when you have a line of people waiting for service. I blame the corporate office of Home Depot for this debacle. You better get your act together or you will go the way of other business that have gone belly up. Even though I very much respect the employee we worked with I can no longer support your store. My time is as important as yours. My advice to other customers is find somewhere else to shop! read more

Stopped in to get a printer cartridge, but the online price was more expensive. Sales lady said she'd only give online price if I could bring up on my phone. My phone doesn't work well after being stolen. She finally looked it up herself and gave me online price. Was very nice. Gentleman in copy center was also very helpful telling me how to print a Word document emailed to me from out of the country, as I don't have Word. Very helpful. Office Depot offers a bit of everything. From candy for the break room, desks & chairs, computers, legal papers & all in between. In essence they virtually have everything to run a successful office, without the business concept & staff. Great concept & over the years I have been able to find my office needs from coffee to staple puller. For home I like a home office, but grew tired of the fax going off at all hours, so I ditched the fax. I find I can get all my printing & fax needs here. I use their fax number & receive all the necessary documents & it is very easy to send mine in return. I also get business cards, promotional brochures, inserts & all printed material in 1 spot with a vast array of great features to choose from. The print shop can get quite busy, but the staff is patient & friendly. My orders come out great every time! What's a girl to do? Take your business to where you are treated well, can find everything on the list & special orders come out great & on time. read more

THE SHORT AND SWEET: The Port Richey Office Depot is my closest place for me to send/receive a fax, something that I used to do from home prior to my disconnecting my landline. FACT: This store is brightly lit and spotlessly clean. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and I have never ever had a problem finding an item and I've also never wandered around the store without someone offering me some assistance in a non-intrusive way. MANAGER TAKE.NOTE: The one employee that I deal with the most works back in the copy center and unfortunately her name escapes me right now but, I will come back to this review and add it in because she needs to be recognized for her professional and courteous service. Oh, and another thing about the employees. they are always neatly dressed and they have communication through headsets, which makes it simple for a customer to go from one side of the store to the other side of the store and reconnect with an employee that is more than ready and able to help you once you get there. END GAME: Like Bed Bath & Beyond, this is another store that I hope never leaves Port Richey, Florida. read more

These guys have the worst production department. I left a simple cut job that requires less than half an hour of labor on their part. They quoted me 7 days to do this simple job. When I went back in 7 days, they still hadn't started it. I have done this same production job at many office stores all over the country and have never received such terrible service for such a simple job. If you are really that busy, hire some help! I now had to discount my services to my client because of your delay in processing my business in the outrageous time frame. I will not only not do production work here again, I will not frequent this location for anything else...ever!!! If you can't run your own business, you should not be in the business. read more

i just wanted to give a shout out to tammy( spelling?) here at office depot. i hadn't been in the store to pick up copies in several months but tammy remembered me and was so happy to see me come in again. i frequently have files/downloads added to the quick copy. i do a lot of art journaling and use images i purchase from etsy. i have had NO problems getting my files printed. they come our beautifully every time! it is so nice when someone remembers you and greets you so kindly. in the past i tried using staples and was treated terribly. i would recommend this office depot for anyone who needs copies printed. you will not be disappointed! read more

I'm only giving this unorganized place a 1 star because Danny the manager was extremely nice! Other than that... my 19 simple copies were ordered online and was ready the same day for pick up. I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day. Danny told me that was alright and they're ready to go. I go in and they not only did they have it under the wrong name but couldn't find my order. Behind the copy & print counter is a mess! The general manager (Brian I think his name was?) didn't even apologize. Oh and I was late to work due to waiting 20 min ! read more

I am basing this low star review on the copy center. Went there on 3/11/2020 around 10:30am, there was only 1 person behind the counter. Service was so slow, didn't acknowledge the people waiting online. I got so tired of waiting I left. I won't be surprised if this location doesn't eventually close....TERRIBLE SERVICE! read more

I was a long time customer. Was. The copy girl was so rude and unhelpful that I'm not shopping there anymore. I'm now a staples customer . The staples girl was helpful and wouldn't stop until what I needed was taken care off. Office Depot is pretty much worthless. It was like I'm so sorry for asking you to do your job. Tammy is the best at helping print and cut invites!! They look professional and were so much cheaper then ordering online! Very knowledgeable and fast also! I've printed at another Office Depot but it was not as seamless as this visit! She was seriously the sweetest! THANK U! read more

My Office Home away from Office Home lol....Thank goodness I found one because Kmart, Wal-Mart, Target etc... were all out of needed school folders that schools give you a list for and you have to go on a huge treasure hunt with other frantic parents to find. Hmmm...you know what I mean. Worth every penny @$1.49 a folder. Staff there was cool, stock guy even gave me the folders right off the cart he was unloading from. read more
