We went to Best Signs on January 14th to have a wall logo printed out. Unfortunately, the art that…read morewe gave Best Signs was not correct for printing. We have emails stating that although the art wasn't correct... they would get it fixed up for us and have the wall logo within a week. So after a week we called, emailed, and left messages about an estimated time of arrival for our sign. After hearing nothing back for days we finally tried to go to the Best Signs location in New Port Richey. 3 times we went to Best Signs and there was always a sign on the door stating "We aren't in.... we're out at a sign installation". Finally, I followed up and called the number listed for Best Signs and was told that GUARANTEED we would have our print by either Friday or at the LATEST monday. So we give ample time and wait until Monday to call & email and find out when we could pick up our merchandise, only to receive a very passive-aggressive, rude, email from Bob stating that he will have it when he is ready, and that over a month is a normal time to get something like this done. I would NEVER recommend Best Signs to anyone, and we will be filing Better Business Bureau complaints as well as charging back our order because we still have not received our goods.

My puppy chewed the heels off several of them and the vintage heels sole had gotten gooey with age. Over $1500 worth of shoes that would have been tossed if it wasn't for this place! The family is the sweetest and this is a dying art. My shoes are broken in so perfectly I didn't want to buy new and not only that mine are vintage they don't make them anymore!
