Does not get much worse than this location. Horrible customer service that refuses to help or do the job that was paid for. The response for fixing the problem when you paid for something to come the next day as you can ask for a refund. Our drivers decided not to work today. read more

Today, there is a gentleman working alone in this location today. I witnessed him being extremely rude and unaccommodating to 4 customers, in the 10 minutes that I was present at this store. He was not so rude to me but, insistent that I take my package "down the street," rather than utilize their service, due to the cost. I told him that o didn't mind and that it was my choice to spend my money. With other customers, he chastised and criticized them. This is the first I've witnessed such behavior at this or any other FedEx location. That associate should go home and hit the reset button on his day. read more

On Christmas eve I went into the FedEx/Kinkos on South Salisbury Blvd with a poster to be mounted to foam board for my grandson. It had just arrived and I wanted to give it to him for Christmas. James, the assistant manager was great. Usually it takes 24 hours but he had it ready in 2 hours. It turned out to be my grandson's favorite present. It was especially important as his parents had traveled to be with us for the holiday and his "Santa" present had been left behind in New York in the rush of packing. There wouldn't have been a special present from Santa under the tree for him if it hadn't been for James. He made a 4 year old very happy and saved Christmas! read more

I used to come here for everything, I thought the customer service was great. That was until the last few times I have gone here. It seems to be an inconvenience to go to the walk up counter, they now treat you like poop. My first few times having them print off color pages went well, and for a great price. Then I was told... to do it myself, which i am quite capable of doing but here is the issue with that... First it cost way more, 4 color prints on 32 done by them behind the counter cost me 2.93 after tax the first few times.... this time I was told to just do it myself and pay for the 32 paper separately.... okay... $4.83.... wtf?! .30 just to use the computer myself, 3.96 for color print .. by the way it didn't print in color this time even though i have had this document printed in color before, this time i was told the file was not saved in color, i dont even want to go into that... another .30 was then charged because I had to load more money on my card therefore taking more time... i was charged .27 tax.... that's not including the paper i had to buy separately, .80. So if you want an attitude or bad service by all means go there but I will not. read more
