FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is a business that is reliable. The location is right off Abercorn, across from Abercorn Common. It is in the center with Best Buy and Kohl's. There is limited parking in front of the building. My package was already labeled. I had forgotten to tape my package. Due to the morning rush to get ready. The gentleman who scanned my package graciously taped it for me. I asked for my receipt and I was good to go. It was quick and easy! I have have needed to mail a few items from this location a few times. There is plenty of parking in front of the store. The store is always clean. The last visit was so quick. There wasn't a line. I needed to mail something overnight from Savannah to New York City. It was pricy $105 dollars. I did get a morning delivery (other option was before 5 pm) b 10 am. And I also opted for an adult signature. The sales clerk was very nice and patient. read more

I used this store the week before Christmas. I was dropping off a package. I was a little stressed! It was the last day to return and I wanted to make sure it went right. As I explained my worry the lady scanned my prepaid label. She reassured me everything was ok and it was checked in. She showed me the receipt that had the date. I asked if the truck picking up packages could take mine -- I really wanted it to go out! The young driver leaving with packages overheard me and said he was coming back to get the package. He said, I got you, it's ok. And smiled and nodded. I thanked them. And then they threw me a party! Ok, just kidding about the party, but other times I've used this store the staff is polite as well. Fedex at 7929 Abercorn St Ste 600 has the worst customer service. No one smiles, says hello or thank you. They have a terrible attitude! They must really hate their jobs. I'm treated so nice at UPS. Worst ever. I went in today to get ONE, count it, ONE sheet of paper printed. It was an emailed gift receipt that I just wanted to put it in a card. That's it. I was in there for 45 minutes. 1st IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO PRINT OUT, email it to printandgo@fedex.com!!!!!! There are no signs. At all. I waited 10 minutes to ask the staff member on duty how to print, and he handed me a calling card with directions that is in Spanish without saying a word to me. Great thing I'm fluent, but people aren't. I'm also not Hispanic, so what? Wtf??? Still took me 30 minutes to get my one sheet of paper emailed due to the fact my phone auto connected to their god awful wifi. Once I realized this, the email finally sent after 5 minutes, (seems like not a lot of time but when you're sitting in rage- it is.) and then the file (PDF) wouldn't download to the printer. Btw, PDF is what is recommended for sending files in to be printed- "haha". The two people across from me at separate printers had the same ordeal. They eventually printed out my one sheet of paper behind the counter, after I put credit on my account 3 different times because guess what, since the file didn't download, it deleted all my payment info. I got charged $15 dollars for a sheet of paper. Just buy your own printer. Don't put yourself through going to this place. I will never go back to this place. wtf. read more

I've worked with FedEx in my home state on several projects, including obituary programs which were printed the same day. I called this location to enquire about a similar service yet the lady told me "it would take several weeks and be very expensive." I find it highly unusual that this FedEx location has such limited services that they can't do some simple design work without "several weeks" and a lot of money when FedEx clearly advertises design services. read more

Their hours are not updated online- which is listed to close at 8pm. I pulled up just before 7pm and I saw someone preparing to lock the doors-so I got out to ask where else I could the drop the prelabled PREPAID package that I needed to drop tonight. I'm literally 10 feet from the door and this employee looked at me, cut his hand across his neck and walked away. I attempted to hold up a handmade sign asking where I could drop the box off and he wouldn't even look at it, wouldn't even come near the door. There is no Dropbox here, or no after hours instructions, at all. Their door says they close at 7, I was there a couple of minutes before, he could've, at the very least, just told me where I could go. read more

Helon greeted my wife and I as we walked in with a warm and friendly smile, she was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable when we asked her questions. We were not sure where the drop off box was, and she walked us over to it and helped us place our packages inside. Helen is a great asset to the FedEx company. You can tell that she loves her job and takes her job seriously. Nowadays with the workforce the way it is and people not wanting to work it is like a ray of sunshine to see someone that cares so much for her position, company and customers. If you come to this location you'd better plan for a very extended wait as they have some obvious staffing issues and an odd sense of priorities. I came at 9AM and when I saw the line to the door decided to come back later. Returning at 4:30 I found the same situation but had to wait. One person working the front while Melissa, the manager was in back packing boxes and when someone wanted help with printing everything stopped and the line grew even more with people having to stand outside in the 90 degree Savannah weather. When I asked Melissa to come up front to relieve the backup her response was that she had to finish her packing first - how is that good customer service? It was 40 minutes before I was able to get my shipping processed and I'll only use this location as a last resort. read more

I went last night trying to finish up a project with some printing that was due by 12am. I had the best experience with the staff. I do not think I got her name but she was small with tattoos and seriously saved me. She was fast and really knew what to do and how to make my project shine. She was waiting on at least seven people and made sure everyone was happy. She was seriously the best! read more

They have a few courteous workers and one with mega attitude. The communication and follow up leaves much to be desired but they get the job done with a decent turn around time. It's very obvious that they have internal issues with getting their workers to process assigned jobs. Fortunately there was no time crunch on my order. The manager seemed to have to force them to process. Much more expensive than Office Depot for the printing. Not so sure I will use them much in the future for my printing jobs. read more

Zero stars. I hope the district manager and the manager review this with said employee that worked on Sunday the 6th in the morning. Attitude was poor. I have worked in the FedEx industry before and many standards are just out the window. Charging me to cut a box down? Never had a problem at any other FedEx. Also charge for a box after taped. Never heard of it or been charged at any other store. Measured wrong and I knew it fit in wardrobe box. Stop guessing and try it yourself or you will loose business. Guarantee the CEO walk in as a former Marine veteran and this store would fail his expectations. Lastly put on a name tag. read more

Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the guy that took my order (Darius) was great. When I picked up my oversize print, however, there were lines running through the whole thing, which wouldn't have been fixed if I hadn't pointed it out. They offered to reprint, and after it has been finished for a while, I finally asked the gentleman to finish it for me. He says, "one second. Let me finish this up." He was doing inventory, and wanted to finish counting 5 more kind of products. Anyone who has ever worked retail should know that customers come before tasks. So annoyed. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Came in today I was treated with so much disrespect that I had to immideatlly get in the car and call the district manager. I have never had much luck with this place and this is the final time I'll ever use them. I did not see anywhere on any screen or sign that I was agreeing to pay ONE DOLLAR per color page with my total coming to 40.00. I know, crazy isn't it? Almost comical. When I told them I never would have agreed to that charge (and returned all the printed pages) they refused a refund. Not only did do that, the young woman working the counter continually belittled me by repeatedly saying, "I don't know how you couldn't see that" several times in a sarcastic tone and rude expression. I was then accused of being a liar by a man that I'm assuming is the manager who claimed that people often print things and then return them after they have "used" them. Unbelievable. The pages I printed were for my husbands business that would have gone home with a student and cannot be "used" and returned. I am looking forward to my conversation with the district manager. I am a shy person and non confrontational so at the very least I feel better having expressed my opinion to these people and to the district manager. They need to start completely over in this store and hire some folks who are happy to be there. read more

Like Many Have Stated Never again FedEx!! I went to FedEx store location 7929 Abercorn St 600 Savannah, GA 31406 to drop off a box for shipping with a pre-paid label off of ebay around 11:30 am on 11/27/17. I was treated very poorly by Helen. I was shipping a Toy RC car in it's original box. It felt like I was being interrogated, as if I was shipping something I was not supposed to be shipping. She asked if it had batteries in it and I said no. She proceeded to say "well we are going to have to open the box and check"!! After I specifically told her the batteries were not in the box. Then she continues on to say that, she won't be able to ship the item in the original box and will have to re-package it in a FedEx box. After all of these hurdles I was still willing to ship the box since I had already purchased the pre-paid shipping label. She then proceeds to tell me that she will have to charge me $35 to repackage the box, additional to what I had already paid for the shipping label. That is when I had enough. I left and went down the street to the UPS store. I was treated very nicely there with great customer service. It took me all of three minutes to drop my box off, pay for the shipping charges and be on my way... Never Again will I use FedEx to ship any items, never again!!! read more

The 5 stars isn't for this Fed Ex location in general, but rather for the employee working in there today named Daniel. I went in with a pre packed, pre labeled, easy- breezy transaction. normally I'm in and out of most Fed Ex drop-off's, with receipt in hand within 5 minutes or less. This is my first time using this location in Savannah on Abercorn...and I was in there for probably 20-30 minutes. ..why you ask, because Fed Ex, with all of their million$, only had ONE employee working. Seriously Fed Ex? ONE guy at 1215. there were already 6 people in line when I walked in, Daniel was waiting on a customer, promptly and efficiently, I might add, and the line was only growing longer. You guys know that today's customer service is basically non existent, but Daniel was all over it. Good service, friendly under pressure, courteous and he had a smile. TWO thumbs up for this guy. There was one woman working and a line out the door and due to the exorbitant wait my three year old needed to go tt and she refused to allow my toddler to use bathroom. Saying we don't allow the public to use our restroom. I said well she's three years old and I see no sign. We left and went to kohls. Ups and the post office from now on. I had a smart post return that was prepaid for and printed by merchant. They told me to go to USPS to drop off my package because they couldn't read the barcode. They had Poor customer service told me to move to back of the line while I called to try and get a new label emailed to me. Smart post is a service that allows fed ex to deliver to usps mailbox on for final delivery back to merchant. It's a service they are supposed to be familiar with but this store was incompetent read more

I have used this place three times and will never use it again. Order printing online for pick up and the order twice was not ready, had to wait thirty minutes because they claim all orders in the queue must be printed first. The last time I used the self serve and tried to login to Box, there kiosk was not working right, tried to get help but customer service is nonexistent. Staples on Victory completed it my order quickly and efficiently. read more

I went into the store with a poster I had made for my sons upcoming boot camp graduation. I waited approximately 25 minutes to be helped by the ONE person who was working at 5:00 on a Saturday evening. I asked that the poster I provided be laminated and was asked to return in one hour to pick it back up. I gladly agreed to do so. Upon our return an hour later my husband stood by as the same employee hastily ran our poster through the laminating machine. The poster that I spent so much time making was now wrinkled, folded over and not even properly laminated. My husband and I were so aggravated that we continued to drive the one hour home rather than return to the store. Due to the fact that I know how this works, I am fairly certain the laminating machine was cold again by the time the employee fed the poster through an hour after she turned it on while we were in the store. I am completely and utterly disgusted that she had NO respect for the poster that I left in her care. She didn't even take note of the damage she had done, nor did she apologize for it. It was a total waste of $24 dollars, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for anything! read more
